Tired from the trip we went to sleep, the next day we filed a complaint and asked for a refund. But the receptionist said we should have asked, then it would have been arranged. 'Een heerlijk, leuk en vooral kleinschalig Caribisch/Frans hotel. We waren daar ook al in maart 2004, mei 14 en maart 17. Locatie is fantastisch, je loopt zo het strand op en kan heerlijk langs het strand van de baai wandelen. Bij Kakao Beach staan heerlijke strandstoelen en parasols op je te wachten. Op het pleintje (op loopafstand) achter het hotel zijn restaurantjes en even verderop is een heel klein winkelcentrum met een mini-supermarkt waar ze inmiddels wel heel veel verkopen (beetje duur)....

'The Property has a great terrace, pool and air conditioner. However, as we needed help, because we had no electricity 2 times and no water once, we couldn't reach anybody on both phone numbers we got! No one answered the other contact possibility we had: email! Expedia itself had also no possibility to contact anybody! And there is no reception or so. Besides of this, it is a really great spot to stay on that lovely island!'
