Perfect for a couple’s retreat, a weekend getaway with friends, lake-loving families, or Clemson Tiger fans, this Knotty Pine Haven offers everything needed for a relaxing lakefront escape. Conveniently located in the premier mid-section of Lake Keowee and only 9 miles from Clemson University, the chalet is close to shopping, restaurants, and breweries in Seneca and Clemson.
You’ll also be within a short drive to some of the most beautiful hiking and biking trails in nearby Blue Ridge Mountains State Parks, including Stumphouse Mountain Bike Park and Issaqueena Falls.
The Knotty Pine Haven is thoughtfully decorated to provide a sense of calm and comfort. The upper deck offers a 180-degree view of the lake, perfect for enjoying breakfast or relaxing at sunset. The lower deck is fully covered, featuring a gas grill and an 8-foot bar along the deck rail so you can enjoy the view while sipping your favorite beverage. From here, stairs lead down to the boardwalk along the lake’s edge.
Inside, the chalet offers three levels of living space:
* Loft: Overlooking the living and dining areas, the loft features one king-size and one full-size bed, both with cooling gel toppers and luxurious comforters. Wake up to stunning lake views through large windows. The loft accommodates up to 4 guests and includes a full bathroom.
* Main Level: The open floor plan includes the living and dining areas with lake views and soaring ceilings. The dining table seats 8 comfortably, and the kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, pots, pans, baking dishes, a crockpot, a toaster, and a coffee bar. A private bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full bathroom are also located on this level.
* Lower Level/Game Room: The chalet's highlight is the spacious game room, complete with a pool table, an 86” smart TV with satellite (Direct TV), and a large couch for the ultimate game-watching experience. This level also includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a half bath, and a private bedroom with a new Tempur-Pedic mattress.
We prioritize your comfort by offering a variety of pillows (soft, medium, firm, and extra-tall) and light, fluffy comforters to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
Boat Slip Option:
Guests may use the community’s boardwalks and docks for fishing and swimming. For an additional $100, a boat slip is available for rental. Please check availability before booking. Nearby, half- or full-day boat or jet ski rentals are available. If you plan to bring your own boat, WarPath Landing's deep-water public boat launch is only 5 minutes away, and the community offers free, secure storage for trailers.

The chalet is part of a gated community with shared parking. We have two deeded spots, and additional visitor parking is available. Parking is NOT directly in front of the chalet, but you can drive up temporarily to load and unload. Per HOA rules, cars parked outside designated spots will be fined and towed. The walk to the chalet is similar to walking from the middle of a parking lot to a store and may involve some stairs.
NOISE RULES:
Our community is friendly and welcoming, but we ask that you respect the HOA's rule of no loud noises outdoors after 11 PM. If you plan to have a party or need to be loud after this time, this may not be the right rental for you.
FIREWORKS:
Fireworks are strictly prohibited within the gated community, including on any of the docks.
DISCLAIMERS:
We reserve the right to cancel your stay without refund if any rental rules are violated.
There are two SECURITY CAMERAS outdoors (one by the main door, and one on the corner of the lower deck, facing the stairs that lead to the boardwalk). Tampering with the outdoor cameras will be considered a violation of the terms of the rental agreement.
We also keep a camera inside the living that is used ONLY when the chalet is empty. It sits on the upper left window sill. The wall plug is identified by a sign on the wall (below dining room mirror) and, although it is TURNED OFF on our end during guests's stay, to fully respect your privacy, we encourage you to UNPLUG IT from the wall upon arrival. We’ll remind you of that before the beginning of your stay.
