"The hotel needs a refresh, especially in the general public areas like the carpets and the lobby and the topfloor bar. The dineroptions are to basic and the drink selection in the topfloorbae is limited and not apealing to go there a second time or take a second drink. Why have a shop no one visits in the building when there os a 7 Eleven a cross. Change this place in a something elegant like a eine bar or so...redesign the lobby and take out the hanging lounge chairs. So ugly see the fat kids laying around in sweet gear. "

"Great location, that’s it. very basic rooms from tv channel options to the looks style (even if I booked a small room I would have expected more). Worst part is the spa. So dated and not kept up, broken tiles in the pool that are sharp, loose railing which is a hazard and when you are in the pool looking over the ground you can see how dirty the floor is with grouting being full of dirt-hair and muck. It shouldn’t be a 5 star hotel as you have to pay for the spa facilities which are as described gross and underwhelming. Reception bar area look great, that is where it ends. "

"Vriendelijk personeel bij de check-in. Mooi liftsysteem ook. Het hotel ligt heel handig bij Oslo Sentralstasjon en is daarmee de perfecte uitvalbasis voor bus, trein en metro en het verkennen van de stad te voet. Het ontbijt is werkelijk fenomenaal! "
