We felt very safe in the condo and all of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bed and pillows were wonderful! I often have problems sleeping due to hard mattresses and uncomfortable pillows, but not here. The kitchen had everything we needed and we were close to restaurants/groceries at pikes market. 'This adorable condo was just perfect for a few days during my convention. It was in a nice neighborhood, and I felt very safe. The key fobs to get in the building and to operate the elevator were easy to use. The condo had everything you'd need, and I really appreciated having a washer and dryer and a kitchen!!
