Ski in / out 2 bd / 2ba Condo - geweldige locatie net boven de Snowmass Mall

Geweldig 2 slaapkamer / 2 badkamer appartement in het hart van Snowmass Village! Slechts 120 stappen naar Fanny Hill vanuit deze Aspenwood Condo. Het appartement bestaat uit een grote slaapkamer met een kingsize bed, kabel-tv, veel ramen en een chaise longue in de grote slaapkamer - je hebt een mooi uitzicht op het skigebied en uitzicht op het zwembad. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een stapelbed met een stapelbed op ware grootte, een stapelbed voor twee personen en een extra eenpersoonsbed. Deze slaapkamer heeft kabeltelevisie en een Xbox voor de kinderen. De woonkamer heeft een gasgestookte openhaard en een uittrekbare Pottery Barn-bank voor extra bedden. Alle kamers hebben televisie met kabel-tv. Er is een berging voor ski's te vinden net buiten de voordeur. De locatie is fantastisch - je bent op loopafstand van alles! Het complex ligt naast het nieuwe Westin Hotel (voorheen de Silvertree) waar ze een geweldige spa hebben en ook een kinderkamp voor de kleintjes die niet klaar zijn voor de skischool. Bovendien bent u op loopafstand van alles wat Snowmass te bieden heeft - dineren, après-ski en winkelen. Het Aspenwood-complex heeft twee grotbubbelbaden met watervallen en een verwarmd zwembad, een kleine fitnessruimte, een sauna en een buitengrill naast het zwembad. Er zijn wasfaciliteiten op het terrein. Het appartement is uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt tijdens je vakantie Snowmass !!

Perfect ski condo for small family
Our family (2 adults, 2 kids, nanny) stayed very comfortably in this well stocked condo near the slopes. The location was perfect to easily get to ski school by foot (no need for shuttle) thanks to our host's amazingly detailed instructions on how to get to the slopes with the least amount of stairs. And we can see the mountain from all windows. Christy was extremely attentive and responsive from before our trip to the last minute. Anything we asked, she helped with and was even proactive with suggestions.The condo is super clean and very well stocked (tons of toilet paper and tissues, dishwashing liquid, etc). We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Good location but apartment had issues
The location is good (located in the upper village for those of you who know Snowmass) but the apartment had several issues including the TVs didn't work until I told the manager twice that it needed to be checked. And the heater in the Master bedroom never worked throughout our stay. The rest of the unit would be nice and warm/comfortable but the master bedroom was freezing, and it was hard to rest at night when I had to put 2-3 layers of pajamas on. Other than that, the manager would be relatively responsive.As far as the online listing goes, I think it's extremely important to point out to renters that this apartment is located where there are A LOT of stairs so for older people, it might be difficult to get around . Our nanny has knee issues and unfortunately, it wasn't ideal for her. The online listing should have a bit more detail on those type of things, not just try to sell the pool and hot tub that the building has....

Just what we needed
We had a great stay! The unit was exactly as advertised. We had a minor issue during our stay and the owners were super responsive to get it taken care of. I think they under sold the pool though. It's really a great set up. Two hot tubs and a big pool. One of the tubs is tucked away and surrounded by trees with a natural stone waterfall into it. It really is gorgeous. They should add more pictures of it because we were presently surprised when we got there. 😊

I can see our condo from here
I have been coming to Snowmass for years. Best condo yet. Just feet from the trail, the mall, the lift to lower mall. The condo has more than you need, from hot tub towels to Martha Stewart’s kitchen. Oh, let tell you about the bed in the master. Zzzzzz So thankful the CO family shared it with my family.

Spring Break in Snowmass
We had a great week of skiing and enjoying Snowmass and Aspen. The condo was clean, quiet and very close to the slopes. The pool and hot tubs were only a few steps away and nice after skiing. Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful week at Christy’s beautiful condo. The kitchen was well equipped, beds very comfortable, bathrooms beautifully laid out, and the laundry thoughtfully stocked. The kids loved cooling off each afternoon in the pool and we spent our evenings playing board games on the dining table. We also loved that the apartment was in easy walking distance to shops, cafes, hiking trails, and summer camp check-in. We can’t wait to return!

An all around great experience
This property met all our requirements plus more. The location for ski-in-ski out was as described and convenient with a walk down a few stairs and short walk thru a parking lot to Fanny Hill. The owner was very accommodating and helpful with our check-in and questions. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, and towels and dishes. The property is at the heart of snowmass mall - very close to ski shops, restaurants and lifts. The property owner, Christy, was very responsive and super helpful from the time of our booking until we checked out. The condo is in a great shape- we had everything we needed. We couldn’t ask more. I strongly recommend taking advantage of ski valet (with a fee) by the gondolas to avoid carrying up the stairs. We kept a rental car during our stay (daily rates apply) - while you may not need it, we found it to be very convenient for groceries and going into Aspen for dinner.
