'This cottage was an updated, cute New England style cottage. Lovely back deck on the water offered scenic views all day long. Kitchen updated nicely. A smoke alarm went off one night because of battery issues. The washer seal was very mildewy. Trash cans were full upon our arrival so we could barely get our trash into them as requested. The towels were a bit smelly and there were not enough hand towels. Overall we were very pleased! The owners just need to work out a few maintenance or property...

'We loved staying in this cute little home during the weekend of our friends wedding. We weren't around for too much time, but really enjoyed it. The kitchen was stocked full of everything utensil or pan we needed, and then some. We also wanted to extend our stay after we booked and they were very accommodating and got back to us very quickly. 'My husband and I were visiting RI with 2 other couples. The house was perfect for our small group. Nice and cozy, even went a winter storm and artic blast moved in. '

'Great place, very simple and well stocked for any needs. Lots of free streaming channels. Fans, AC and heat available to make yourself comfortable. By no means a concern with the stay itself but if you stay here i would recommend personal means of transportation. '

'We had an awesome time at the cottage. It’s a quick walk to the neighborhood beach that is very clean. Beautiful area and the neighbors always smiled and waved as we went by. The house was fully equipped and had everything we needed and more and was clean. We only had to buy food- all soaps and supplies were provided which was nice. The owners Matt and Carly were very responsive and friendly and gave us some great recommendations for food (Turk’s is a must!) and activities. '

'What a wonderful cottage to stay and relax in! We did a Girls Getaway to pamper ourselves after the hectic holiday season. The cottage is beyond cute with plenty of amenities, comfortable beds and a host that provides fun ideas and frequent checkins to make sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend '

'Ruth and Kenny are great hosts; very friendly and kind but also very mindful about leaving us to our privacy and space. The grounds are pretty and the cottage is homey, clean, and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would re-book if we visit the area again.'
