'Property was just the right size for our needs. Since it was colder, we couldn't use the lovely outside seating or fire pit. They would have been perfect based on what we saw. It was wonderful looking out the windows at the water and fun to watch the ducks swimming and the seagulls perched on the rocks. 'We stayed for a wedding at the International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport. The locatio. Was perfect, a 3 minute walk to Easton beach with the Cliff Walk beginning at the end of the beach. Walkable to all of downtown Newport and a very cool neighborhood with lots of dining options. House was well stocked and clean with a great backyard. We will be back!'

'This cottage is a pleasant retreat from the hectic day to day life. No television but pleasant evening music is more than enough. Morning sun is glorious rising through the trees. You are surrounded by ice cream shops, farmers markets, song birds. The town won't let you use their beaches, so the state beach is your best choice. Go and enjoy!'
