'My wife and I had a wonderful stay in Ogunquit with our first trip to Maine. The condo was perfect. Beautiful views of the sunsets from the deck. '

'We had a good time here. It was clean, and and it slept six comfortably (though with only one bathroom, that was a bit of a challenge). The segmented couch is comfortable and could be configured into a bed. One improvement would be fixing the electrical sockets - some didn't work - and perhaps adding an additional official parking spot, since it's a large accommodation. However, the parking was in a large lot, so we were able to park up to 3 cars without any complaint from anyone. The location...

'I visited with my parents (in their 80s) and my hubby and sister. We loved the layout. All one floor. And, it just had everything we needed. We like to eat in a lot. Nicely stocked kitchen. Also, so close to everything so it was easy for us all to walk down to the shops. Yet, it felt really private. The porches are amazing! '

'Overall, the property is acceptable with an eat-in kitchen (best feature) and good location for our needs. AC was efficient, water temp was hot when needed. Manuel, the service man. Property is 3 floors up-be aware of steps and not lighted at night so you need to be very careful. Several items need attention: -Black mold on bottom of shower door and tile grout -Toilet runs every 45 minutes-possible flapper valve leak -Mounted towel rack is loose -Very dirty HVAC return vent on high...
