'Clean functional and well priced accommodation in a brilliant area with an efficient friendly host'

'It was such a lovely stay at the Kingston Apartment. We were so close to everything, it was very convenient.The only down side was the emails we received kept taking us to an app in order to see our booking. I gave up in the end and just messaged through the email. The 2 contact phone numbers don't actually take textsnothing was said when I explained this.'

'Spacious with a very nice location and great view of the lake. It's missing key kitchen items like drinking glasses, salt and pepper, cooking oil and cleaning supplies that would have made our stay more comfortable. Could have used a few extra towels and maybe some blackout blinds for the rooms that get a lot of light due to the nice large windows that walk out to the balconies. Overall a really good stay for a large group. The host was great with check-in times and communication.'

'Our stay with two adults was good. However, the apartment appeared not to have been cleaned upon arrival. After contacting the landlord, this was done the same evening. Despite that, it could be cleaner. The apartment offers (too) little space to store your own belongings. The existing cupboards are locked with probably the owner's/resident's belongings.The apartment itself is not large, but it does have its own space in the underground garage.'

'The property was well positioned and clean however we booked for three adult and was only suitable for two people only - third "bed" was an unusable pull out coach I could not even stretch my legs on'

'Alles aanwezig, schoonmaakservice om de 3 dagen. Winkelcentrum om de hoek. Convention Centre letterlijk om de hoek. Wel jammer dat ik met mijn pas alleen toegang heb tot mij eigen verdieping zwembad en fitnessruimte helaas nog niet beschikbaar. '

'The Sebel is centrally located for all activities we undertook while in Canberra and the apartment we stayed in was immaculate. While it's unfortunate there is no on-site parking, the Sebel has a particularly good parking deal with the central shopping centre that's only a short walk away. Staff members were also especially helpful to us throughout our stay. '

'There is no parking at the abode woden and there is not alway available paid parking across the road in the council parking lot. Abode no longer service the room daily which was a bit disappointing.'
