'Air conditioning stopped working whilst staying here. Could not contact the owner to have rectified. Washing machines not working either. '

'Spacious with a very nice location and great view of the lake. It's missing key kitchen items like drinking glasses, salt and pepper, cooking oil and cleaning supplies that would have made our stay more comfortable. Could have used a few extra towels and maybe some blackout blinds for the rooms that get a lot of light due to the nice large windows that walk out to the balconies. Overall a really good stay for a large group. The host was great with check-in times and communication.'

'Our stay with two adults was good. However, the apartment appeared not to have been cleaned upon arrival. After contacting the landlord, this was done the same evening. Despite that, it could be cleaner. The apartment offers (too) little space to store your own belongings. The existing cupboards are locked with probably the owner's/resident's belongings.The apartment itself is not large, but it does have its own space in the underground garage.'

'The room was equipped with everything we needed (although, had to ask for a 2nd wine glass as there was only one), it was quiet, with a very comfortable bed, lovely clean bathroom & a wonderful Sri Lankan restaurant just across the road If there was parking on site I would have given it 5 stars - however, we found a park on the street a block away.'

'Alles aanwezig, schoonmaakservice om de 3 dagen. Winkelcentrum om de hoek. Convention Centre letterlijk om de hoek. Wel jammer dat ik met mijn pas alleen toegang heb tot mij eigen verdieping zwembad en fitnessruimte helaas nog niet beschikbaar. '
