'Few minor things need attention. Entry to property is a bit messy with garden rubbish. As it is first impression the guest gets, it’s advisable to clear it up. Next, door between garage and interior of the unit, does not open or close from garage side. Also hot water system is a bit wonky, produces short periods of hot water followed by burst of freezing water.'

'This was a lovely home in a quiet and peaceful yet central location. Upon arrival it was clean and warm as the owner had thoughtfully had the heating turned on. It was spacious and there was plenty of room for all 7 adults. The only suggestions that I would make would be to have a few more kitchen utensils and items ie flip bottle opener, potato masher and some platters and salad bowls. Also clear and easy TV instructions would be great. Overall we had a very comfortable stay.'

'Spacious with a very nice location and great view of the lake. It's missing key kitchen items like drinking glasses, salt and pepper, cooking oil and cleaning supplies that would have made our stay more comfortable. Could have used a few extra towels and maybe some blackout blinds for the rooms that get a lot of light due to the nice large windows that walk out to the balconies. Overall a really good stay for a large group. The host was great with check-in times and communication.'

'Very well constructed modern apartment hotels and the pricing was also quite reasonable. Even simple things such as their holder for coffee and tea sachets and their instructions for streaming were very well done. Unfortunately, their appliances (stove, washer) were poorly maintained which was super annoying, and they don't have a parking within the facility (thankfully, there's a public parking located right opposite and the general parking fees in Canberra aren't as prohibitive).
