Woonboten in South Carolina

'Perfect place for our girls weekend. Location is great as well. We each had our own room and bathroom which was a plus. It was so nice to sit in the living room each morning while having our coffee telling stories about the night before. Salty Dogs is a great hole in the wall to start your nightly adventures. Be sure to bring towels and paper products as toilet paper and paper towels were limited. Enjoy!'

'Stayed for four nights with my son on our first trip to Charleston, looking at a potential college. It was great to have two bedrooms and bathrooms, plus common space. The staff was very responsive, flexible, and helpful. I spent one afternoon on the back deck, sipping iced coffee and watching the dolphin pod on the other side of the dock. We also went out with Redfin for a fishing charter, which was excellent, Highly recommend. Would add Gogibop to the list of easily walkable restaurants.'

'This is my third stay on this property. I still cant say enough about the place. The views and the overall comfort of sleeping on a boat were awesome. Fishing is 10 feet out the door and great seafod a mile up the street at Bowen's Island Restaurant. This remains a favorite of mine.'

'Our stay was okay, and comfy. The only problems we had was getting the bedroom to be the right temperature, and hitting my head on the entrance and in our bedroom. The pillows were a bit firm. We have MyPillows, so maybe we are a bit picky. One more thing, the driveway into the place as a bit bad at the beginning.'

'This is a very neat little get away if you’re looking for something different. Great location with boat ramps right there at the location for smaller boats. Rick is an awesome host with very timely and great communication. Looking forward to doing this again in the near future.'
