Here's what was there: - an exceptionally clean en suite bathroom with fluffy towels, a glass door shower, and a fun old barn door for privacy to the rest of the studio-type loft...

Kudos to Mandy, the Customer Service Manager, who took care of the problem and even upgraded our room because of the mixup! It was a beautiful room and a beautiful view of the sunset! 'Nice romantic attractive hotel in/near Amish country side. Hall ways were a little dark but that had to increase the (fake) historic feelings I suppose. The public environment wasn't super clean e.g. along the baseboards in the elevator. Breakfast was not spectacular. Overall a nice stay and value for money.'
