'Goed Hotel vlakbij de haven en winkels. Parkeren in een wat mindere garage, wat niet past bij de uitstraling van het Hotel. Liften parkeergarage werken niet.'

'Lovely little gem with comfortable rooms and a fantastic shower. It was a little bit noisy having the window facing the garden Pub but it closed at a reasonable hour!'

'Schitterend gebouw in een mooie omgeving. Plymouth zelf is niet zo interessant.'

'The breakfast and dinner was good. The beds are very hard.'

'Ruime, comfortabele kamer en uitstekende service.'

'It was exactly what I expected which was ideal'

'This is the second time I’ve stayed here. Wonderful boutique hotel. Extremely convenient and squeaky clean. Hospitality amazing. I’ll always be a repeat client.'

'Everything was good, apart from the coffee at breakfast. Investing in a good coffee machine with decent coffee beans would be a big improvement (I couldn't drink the coffee). Also provide some small espresso cups which many foreign guests would prefer. Despite this small complaint, I would recommend the Hotel. Nioce people, great location, good value.'

'An excellent location and the friendly, helpful staff make this a very nice place to stay. Also worth coming to for those looking for the English hotel experience. Grade 2 listed building, winding stairs, and lots of charm. Breakfast was included and was a nice start to the day. The bed was comfortable, and we had no issues with water pressure despite being on the top floor.'

'Hotel does need some maintenance doing, our room had some damp in a patch in corner. flakey paint on wall in bathroom. At breakfast there was a bulb going in the main light which was flashing all the time we were having breakfast. Fire exit handle was broken in restaurant and fire extinguisher needs looking at. Food at breakfast was very nice 👍'
