'Staff very welcoming and friendly, it’s a really nice pub so had pool table dart board and is in a very lovely village away from the towns and cities . Room was lovely , a visit here would be great for families and you are close to Plymouth or the Devon coast . Free parking at night until 08.00 am , I would visit again'

'Air conditioning in the room did not work Bit poor as we were in a mini heatwave. Could not use our room from 3pm as it was only just starting to be deep cleaned after having a dog in the room. On the evening we had to wait for two hours for food. Not told that when we ordered. The place was just short staffed and it showed. My partner was told by the manager that our meals would be compensated due to really poor service and presentation. That hasn't happened. The next morning was better....

'We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The staff are all friendly and helpful. It's near to Torpoint which was ideal for us. I would highly recommend this place. Well worth a visit and very reasonable in price too.'

'Bed was lovely nice linen .. basic facilities we paid a lot more then my friends £10 extra to take your dog .. shower was only hot for myself and cold for my partner same for my friend’s.. needed to find a toilet roll from downstairs as only half in the room which wasn’t quite ready at 3:40 .. ok for one night'
