Als u op zoek bent naar de perfecte alpine vakantie voor de hele groep, kijk dan niet verder dan dit uitgestrekte, gezinsvriendelijke huis in South Lake Tahoe. Dit huis biedt voldoende ruimte voor grotere groepen, een eigen fitnessruimte en een speelkamer met biljart, Ping-Pong en een spelsysteem. Review:Our stay was disappointing. The plumbing was clogged, causing a leak downstairs that stained our clothes. The kitchen drawers were dirty, and the items felt outdated. One bedroom had unwashed sheets, which was unacceptable. Management needs to improve cleanliness and maintenance to meet guests’ expectations

Friends Getaway
The house was great. It was huge! Lots of stuff to do, especially in the game room. The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5, is that the bathrooms were all pretty dated. It seemed like original fixtures just about everywhere and it caused the showers and things to just take a little longer. For a summer retreat it was fabulous, but if it was snowy and cold, it might be a different story. Overall, we had a great time and had no issues.

Not enough forks for 12 people upon arrival found 8 moldy corn on cob as well as Indian flatbread threw away. Had no propane at checking as well as we stopped a second floor toilet from leaking. Called Vacasa and told them they sent propane it took 2 technicians to replace parts in toilet. On Sunday we noticed the microwave only blew did not work on Monday the oven stopped working. Cassava sent twice finally realized microwave is broken ordered new one. Vascsa said they reset breaker and it was heating we came back oven doesn’t work pushing any of the buttons nothing happened. A little TLC would go a long way. Still waiting for Vacasa since Tuesday when they said they were coming. Threw away about $200 worth of food couldn’t cook. Checking out now!!!!DB

This house could be wonderful if they actually took care of it. Spacious perfect for the party that we had 11 people. It’s like you walked into 1981 garbage disposal stink horribly no cleaning supplies provided by the property so you couldn’t even clean up after your stay No Wi-Fi we were told the property owner failed to pay Bill. The knob on the shower fell off. Screens were covered in spiderwebs. The gym was unusable because the cord was completely snapped. On the ceiling were completely completely covered in dust. Black Mold in the shower. Extremely low water, pressure out of all faucets and showers. Carpets were stained. Pictures look like a beautiful wraparound deck. The deck was literally 3 feet wide all the way around. Will never stay here again!!

Very large and spacious, but needs work!
This is my first time renting a cabin and my experience was relatively smooth(no issues accessing the property. Pros: Lighting throughout the house Extra towels Master suit has 2 huge closets Master bath have shower, 2 sinks, and jacuzzi tub. Cons: Had to figure out how to get the oven to work.(if we weren't able to it would have made it difficult to cook for our meals.) No window coverings on the top floor(house doesn't hold the heat on the top floor.) The pots and pans are well used... Just a note for the owners: You should think about refelting the pool table and fix the rails. The driveway lights are on during the day from 8am to 12pm, I believe the timer is set wrong. If you could get the lift for groceries and bags it would be helpful.(lots of stairs and for for 8 ppl worth of food for 3 days = many trips up 3 flights of stairs) Overall stay was a good experience and a beautiful home.

Not a "VBRO commerial" worthy location.
First of all this is a corporate owned or managed property. Communication is via txt and I suspect is a chat bot. I have never stayed at a hotel, BNB, short term rental where I did not have a key or card for access to the front door. This property can only be entered via the garage (Key Pad). No where is there a key to the front door. The house is dark. Many of the light switches do not operate. The chandelier that illuminates the stairway only has one light bulb! None of the many TV's worked. They all had the same DirecTV error message of no signal. When I was txt'ing the Vacasa site this is when they stopped responding. The beautiful fireplace heater in the main living area did not work. I tried several times to light the pilot but the system would shut off after a short period. To me this is a huge safety, fire risk situation. The stove top knobs do not work and the burners need to be lighted with a lighter. Again this is a safety and fire issue. Other little issues include no laundry detergent available. I don't believe the property manager has done a walk through for a long time. I don't think I will be use your site in the future. This was not the experience you promote on your advertisements.

A review
It was a great place for a big group. game room was outstanding. However, two considerations that need to be addressed. 1. the hot water temperature was very hot and difficult to control when showering. 2. the knobs on the stover did not work. They did not turn the gas on.

Was great for family and friends. Yes, property was dated but I imagine the upkeep for a house that large would fairly difficult to keep with the times. Oven knobs needed to be fixed and half bath had scent possibly water damage but it would not keep us from renting again. Made some great memories with family and friends!

Pro’s & Con’s
There is definitely some great pros but very negative cons. The place is huge & great for family’s with kids so can have there space. Gorgeous view of lake! That being said, there is a pool table & ping pong but the balls for ping pong table were broken. We brought our own which was good. It has a workout room with a very old elliptical that does not work which is no big deal as we weren’t booking for a gym. The middle level has some heating issues. Two of the rooms were cold & the others very warm & the hallway register made very load knocking noises at night. Everything this is very very dated so assuming it’s from that. We did realize this when booking which is fine. Although the kitchen was a bit disappointing. With this big of a household there we’re not enough plates even for our crew, we did just get paper plates. We searched for basic oven mits & were none. A review did mention the basic pots & pans were in very I’ll condition so I brought a pan which was extremely benifical we did as the reviews are very accurate. Had a very big dinning table that was great for the kids thou to all eat at. Looks like there was a gender reveal party there as there was blue & pink surprise confetti all over the outside yard. Overall, we all had a great time but for the price was hoping we didn’t need to bring stuff & few other things were not as is when we arrived. Kids had a blast thou & all that matters.

Great! But little things here an there
The place is perfect for our family! Has 3 floors we had space for everyone to be comfortable, the kitchen is awesome fully stocked with dishes pots and pans. Some of the pots are old and the Teflon is scratched off, which is not safe to use. The knives are dull makes you work extra so take your own. I was also surprised to see the kitchen stoves knobs are way off. We smelled gas and turns out the knob was turned to off but was really on! So you have to mess with it and figure out by using matches and one knob had to be on 4 to be off another on low and others didn't have numbers or words, so that was kinda scary. There was enough towels, pillows and blankets. There was a cool loft too that 2 teenagers ended up wanting to sleep there and was perfect for them, they found inflatable mattress too however, they all had holes in them and didn't stay inflatted through out the night. You need 4x4 as stated or chains to get there.

All the teflon pans were dangerous to cook on teflon peeling off they need new pans.
The house was nice no AC. Pans are dangerous to cook on teflon falling off. Ping pong table is a joke broken in half and no net and no paddles and balls . should not show on the web site totally useless. Should be put out with the trash

Pros: excellent location, world-class view of the lake, house is huge with plenty to do. Great bones and the check-in process was a breeze. Wet bar! Basement game room! Cons: This place is older and has a lot of the original amenities - older and unglamorous. Furniture is comfortable but worn. Minimal housekeeping supplies for large groups (bags, towels). This place worked well for my casual family; generally our expectations were met and we had a great time!

Poorly Maintained! Stay Away!!!
The house is big and conveniently located but it is very POORLY MAINTAINED! The entire house smelled of sewage. It was impossible to take a shower without covering your nose in any of the bathrooms. The knobs on gas stove were broken; we had to purchase a lighter to use the stove. We couldn't sleep all night due to mysterious noises coming from vents; likely the heater or other equipment that needs maintenance. We didn't contact anyone. We were on vacation to enjoy; not to fix maintenance issues. We expected our property to be habitable. We paid hundreds of dollars in service fees, maintenance, and cleaning fees and expected the property to reflect that. This was our first vacation with VRBO & Vacasa and likely the last one.

Great for big families!
This home is perfect for big families. The house was very nice and clean when we arrived. The entertainment on the first floor was great for the kids and adults. I love that this house had a couple living spaces. It is a little outdated but we didn’t mind, it met all our needs.

Gets the job done
The house is huge and in a wonderful neighborhood, close to town but walking distance to hiking and biking trails. My biggest issue is the communication with Property Management - they never answered my questions before arrival, and we called once we entered the house to report a few issues (missing kitchen and game items, dishwasher not working, etc.) but no one ever answered, so thankfully it wasn't an urgent issue. The house is starting to show some wear and tear but overall is a decent spot for a large group.

Gets the job done
You won't have a bad time at this property - the house is huge and in a great neighborhood near hiking trails. It feels a little past its prime though (worn carpet, missing darts, broken ping pong paddles, no frying pans in kitchen) and a few upgrades could go a really long way (beds are uncomfortable, no curtains to block out sunlight, missing basic kitchen stock). The worst part was having to deal with the property management company because I asked a few questions via VRBO prior to arrival with no answers, and called directly during our stay when the stove wouldn't light and the dishwasher was broken and no one answered. You could probably get better bang for buck elsewhere but as long as you don't have any major problems where you need to get ahold of someone, you'll enjoy your stay here.

Our family had a great time at this spacious 5 bedroom home. We are looking forward to staying again in winter. Close to beaches and Stateline. Vacasa handled an issue that arouse promptly. I appreciated their friendly customer service.

Charming Character House
The house is huge. Bedrooms are all spacious along with the living spaces and kitchen. There is a view of the lake and sunsets are beautiful. I will say the house could use some updating and new beds. There are around 10 dead trees in the yard that are unsightly and need to be cut down. The neighborhood was quite and had lovely trail heads within walking distance. We loved our stay and plan to come back.
