'Husband and I stayed here for 5 nights. We found the unit spacious, impeccably clean, extremely well stocked, and the furnishings felt new. Location was awesome -- quiet neighborhood, open areas nearby with deer to watch, one minute drive to beach/grocery store, easy access to Samuel Boardman area, and an elementary school across the street to bring happy energy during the day. Only glitches we had was getting into the unit is a little confusing and the building could use more...

'It was nice and clean, comfortable and accommodating. Parking is on street and neighbors are not happy when you park in front of their house, the spot in front of the rental was occupied by a car all week with out moving so it's essentially impossible not to park in front of a neighboring home. After the neighbor told me to move my car, I used the driveway, since there was no one I in the front house most of the week. '

'We have enjoyed many Oregon places up and down the coast, but by far this is the best yet!! Clean, quiet, comfortable bed and beautiful views from inside the dining area and bedroom. Even more views and comfy seating inside the quiet library!'

'This apartment is nicely laid out and well furnished and equipped..Everything works. And the kids in the neighborhood were friendly on our walks to the nearby beach. The location was near the core of Brookings for dining and shopping and what have you, but far enough away to keep the apartment quiet inside and out. Just right for a couple of retirees.'
