'Property was nicely remodeled, bright and cheery. The kitchen was adequate, could have had a few more items to making cooking easier. The host was very receptive to making this happen. It was a close walk to the beach & parks. There were restaurants nearby or a short drive away. It was a perfect way to say goodbye to summer.'

'My wife and I were in town for a hockey weekend. The place was very close to the rink. Nice set up-big backyard to enjoy the weather, off street parking, plenty of space for more than just the two of us. Upstairs bedrooms were a bit tight with the roof lines (getting into the bed from the angled roof side was tight), but comfortable beds. Very happy we found this place. '

'Maggy and Anibal have a fantastic rental! The attic apartment is adorable. It's probably the cleanest place I've stayed in my life, including hotels. It feels warm and inviting. Every item is folded and placed with care. I had more dishes and cooking utensils than I could ever need, including disposable plates! I even had some snacks provided. There are two TVs, one of which is in the bedroom, and the other being the biggest screen I've ever seen. It connects to your Netflix, Prime...whatever...

'This was an excellent base from which to explore both the Princeton campus and the wider region. Very spacious so perfect for a larger family. Centrally located to shops and restaurants, etc, as well as train station. Quick commute to Manhattan and Philadelphia. Interior is lovely and almost makes you feel you are in California (instead of NJ in winter.:)'

'We stayed here for two nights. Myself, wife and small dog. The suite was very clean and comfortable, and quiet. It is on the lower level. It was very roomy with lots of creative touches. Their was a keurig with flavored coffee and some snacks. We walked our dog to nearby park. Neighborhood felt safe. Maria gave us lots of suggestions for places to go with our dog, and even called a local restaurant to see if they allowed dogs. Thanks for hosting us! '

'Home owner is very friendly and accessible, and quickly responded to our requests. This beautiful house is tastefully furnished with everything you need, including pool and hot tub. The quiet beach is within walking distance. We also enjoyed Sandy Hook Beach, a 20-25 min drive away. We hope to return every year! '

'We, stayed one night while moving my daughter into her apartment. It was clean and comfortable and the kitchen is nice. Everything was as described. My only concern during my stay was the air conditioning was set at 61 degrees F, and we could not change the setting. It felt very cold to us, but it was 88 F outside, so it was definitely better than nothing.'

'The house was exactly the size we imagined. It was in a nice part of Princeton where you could still walk everywhere. It had all the needed supplies for us to stay there for a week. I’d stay there again if we were in town.'

'The setup was great. As I’m familiar with the area, it was a good value in comparison to hotels/motels in the area. The community is quiet. The unit is to the back of the house, with cameras for security. It’s not a 5 star hotel. But, it definitely served it’s purpose. The property is approximately 4 minutes to NJ Turnpike/Goethall’s Bridge. While the owner has a sense of humor with the posting, there are no amenities. It’s not waterfront, or beach accessible. The only complaint is that there...
