'El hotel no está funcionando está clausurado es un fraude, y expedía no hace nada PÉSIMO SERVICIO de Expedía, nunca fueron para avisar que el hotel no está funcionando, me dejaron sin hotel, tuve que resolverlo yo y conseguir otro hotel, hasta este momento expedía no a resuelto nada y me dejaron a mi suerte voy a dar aviso a la PROFECO en Mexico.'

'Not your traditional hotel, no full time person at desk, no breakfast or anything such as that. Did see some coffee and hot chocolate packs, but that was all, but plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Hotel was clean, rooms on the small size. We got a King size room and was not a traditional size room. Overall it was great for us as we had an event nearby. 7-11 Across the street if you need to buy snack or drinks. '
