"Erg hoog bed wat lastig is voor kleinere mensen. Ik ben 1,65 m maar ik moest er op klimmen. Ze bieden simpel ontbijt aan voor 5 dollar pp. Je krijgt dan drie soorten fruit en een selectie van donuts en verschillende bladerdeeg waren. "

"Fantastisch hotel voor een verblijf met je gezin in San Francisco. Prima locatie in een veilige buurt op loopafstand bezienswaardigheden. Ook bushalte bijna voor de deur. Ook hebben we genoten van het zwembad en prima ruime parkeergarage. We zouden hier zo terugkomen bij een volgend bezoek aan deze fantastische stad"

"Central Location towards San Francisco and Napa Valley was great. Room was good sizewise. I did not enjoy our daily breakfastand was very stressfull asBreakfast was included but hadextra charges for like cappuccino 9 dollar or any item above 19 dollar we had to pay for the entire entree. So we got a bill every time afterbreakfast I"

"Great Hotel, staff is very helpfull and friendly. Breakfast at the restaurant is very good. Would stay here again. "

"Op de kamer was de douche kapot. Bij ontvangst niet hartelijk ontvangen. Lange rijen voor alle service in het hotel en personeel die de taal niet spreekt. Housekeeping was wel erg goed. Hotel werdt ook gebruikt als toeristische attractie waardoor het soms moeilijk in en uit het hotel komen was. Geen persoonlijke service. "
