'One of the best price/quality options for your stay in Chicago. Great neighbourhood with lots of (rather expensive) restaurants and bars. Supermarket around the corner. Metro station at 10 minutes walking distance. The Villa Toscana is a charming old house with nice garden and verandah. Rooms are a bit small and stuffy, with no view or possibility to open windows in the bottom rooms, although the owner unscrewed one of the closed windows for us to let in a bit of fresh air. 'This B&B is a gem. Loved it. It’s like staying in someone’s huge, comfortable home with a fabulous hostess. Plenty of parking, creative decor, and the huge made to order breakfast is fabulous. They have snacks, homemade baked goods and all kinds of drinks in the kitchen. They serve breakfast until 11 for late risers. Laundry, sauna, steam room. Will definitely stay again.'

"I spent 8 nights there and it felt like home. Very safe feeling and despite the central atrium the room was very quiet thanks to the lay-out of the room. Very friendly staff making tou feel right at home and big breakfast options."

"Location is very good, near subway, a big supermarket and restaurants. Room was all we asked for. Cleaning of the room could’ve been done more frequent- it was done once in the 5 nights we stayed. They came for the 2nd time on the day we were checking out. "

"Nice hotel, very well located. Couple of Restaurants near the hotel. 2 min walk to the Grant Park. Would be wonderful with breakfast options and maybe modernize some rooms. Would recommend to stay here, it is nice and clean hotel."
