'Clean a homely!'

'The apartment was very comfortable and clean, exactly what we needed for our short stay. Check in was easy and efficient, however, I could not reach the lockbox (too high). The location was near several fun shops and places to eat. The host was excellent at responding to questions. I rated this property a 5-star, however, there were several things that should be remedied (flat wornout pillows, torn bedsheets, ripped upholstered chair in living room, broken toilet paper holder, etc) - all...

'Plenty of room. Beds were comfortable; quiet area. It is well water with no filtering and some in our group couldn’t stand the smell and preferred not to go back here. One bedroom was not cleaned properly. It looked like some type of wood or insulation shavings on the floor and bed; bedspread also appeared dirty with white smudges all over it. Looked like someone spit on the inside window in this same room. We reached out to property manager about these things and also what checkout...
