'I was visiting my daughter in college and it was the perfect location. I could walk to her residence hall and to all the restaurants around campus. Locating the property was easy and the instructions to enter the property were clear and effective. It was nice to have a parking spot too. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. '

'The loft was as advertised, rustic industrial. The game room for us was unnecessary. Pizza Crossing nearby was delicious and close, we walked to pick up dinner. 58 West Brewery (also close) was very good with great service. Very unique stay. Close to Old man’s Cave etc. Had a nice stay. '

'Located in a suburb part of downtown Chillicothe, this property was very well appointed. Very clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable. The only thing I would mention is that there are some very steep steps to climb to get to the actual apartment. Was not a problem for us, but could be for some. Would definitely stay here again. '

'This place was a real treasure. The apartment is in the bottom story of the home with floor to ceiling windows, showcasing the beautiful creek. We bumped into Carrie & Matt as we were arriving and they were generous to rattle off a few great hiking and food recommendations - we loved these! 'The apartment was very comfortable and clean, exactly what we needed for our short stay. Check in was easy and efficient, however, I could not reach the lockbox (too high). The location was near several fun shops and places to eat. The host was excellent at responding to questions. I rated this property a 5-star, however, there were several things that should be remedied (flat wornout pillows, torn bedsheets, ripped upholstered chair in living room, broken toilet paper holder, etc) - all...

'Perfect place for two. Close to everything. The Market has really good subs. Being on main roads and an older building, you do hear traffic and people outside and can hear people walking above you, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Apartment was clean and linens were soft. Would stay there again for sure. '

'The property was neat and clean and ready for us upon arrival. We found the beds and bedding comfortable. Slept very well during our stay. Owner checked in by email to make all was well. The location is close to nice eating establishments and grocery stores Kroger and Giant eagle are 5 minutes from the house. Access to interstate I-70 and ouster belt I-270 can be reached in about 10 minutes.'

'My hubby and I have had some stressful news and situations in the past 3 months and just needed a day away. Thank you for the lovely stay. Unfortunately the cold weather made it too cold and snowy for us to walk around but we had a great time anyway. The studio was everything we needed. The only drawback would be if someone is unable to climb a flight of stairs but even that was fine for most I would say. The owners were always quick to respond and answer questions. 'Our experience in the Sunset Apartment was wonderful. Communication with our hosts was wonderful, and they graciously allowed us to use their fire pit as well. They have a beautiful property and if you get the opportunity to stay in one of their rentals, we highly recommend it!'

'Great little cabin in a very nice location, right near Old Man’s Cave and the park lodge. We enjoyed the hot tub while the snow flakes were coming down! The fireplace kept it very cozy warm. Kitchen was well stocked and I appreciated the coffee supplies!'
