'Check in was the only part that could've used higher rate of friendliness. Two guys didn't greet me. Seemed more concerned with their conversation and playing on their phones. Everything else was amazing. '

'Beautiful hotel with amazing views of the Ohio river. Lots of walkable dining options and able to walk and enjoy the river. Downside you have to pay for breakfast if you want to eat at the hotel. '

'The property manager is falsely advertising this hotel. The hotel is very outdated, unclean, and has a bad odor. Upon checking in just from the unkept and lack of cleaning from the lobby, i could tell. We immediately requested a refund and why. The manager who stated the system wouldnr allow and that he just work there, we knew qas the actual owner. Its sad people falsely advertise thier establishment and take advantage of people and thier hard earning. We even offered to pay for 1 night and...
