'Stay was ok! Room was very nice, spacious as well. Appreciated the little kitchenette during our stay. Service from check in was not very friendly. I felt like I was just a number and they just wanted me to pass through. We asked for extra pillows after we returned from dinner, and the lady at the front desk gave us a facial reaction like we were crazy, and then she said they had no pillows. 'The hotel was clean. We used the pool/ hot tub and chemicals in the water damaged our swimsuits. Management told us that it was the material in our suits and that they check the levels twice daily. I find this hard to believe. '
