'This is a reasonably-priced apartment for a family with dogs. The owner is very friendly and the accommodations themselves are old-fashioned but revamped and cute, close to the beach and boardwalk. Just wished it was a tich cleaner.'

'Although it was a quiet area, the view of walls leading into a alley as your first look while leaving the property isnt the best. The secondary shower might work if you're 5 foot and dont have to turn around.... yes, its thats small.... honest opinion- not worth the $...'

'We never received a code to get in until 2-3 hrs later, I had read about the mold on the walls & broken ac & was assured everything was fixed, the air didn’t work for 2 days, frig didn’t close unless pushed in on bottom, mold in closet & above frig. I cloroxed the wall in bedroom so it felt safer to sleep in myself & washer always unbalanced. Great location but a lot of work!'
