'This was a lovely efficiency condo in an excellent location. It was very clean. Tea, and coffee was a nice added touch. Everything we needed was included. Price was very reasonable. This condo can comfortably accommodate 2-3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The bed is very comfortable. I highly recommend this condo.'

'12 of us met here for a fun weekend enjoying g the Christmas decor, lights and parade in Cape May! The house was a great size for all of us to cook, eat, play games, enjoy the hot tub and a quick drive to downtown.'

'We have stayed at Dave’s property several times for the days around Christmas. Everything is always perfect. The house is well appointed & stocked with anything you will need. The location is great, a 10 minute walk to Washington Street mall & about the same to the beach. Communications are always easy & prompt. Hopefully we will be back in 2025!'

'This hotel is a brilliant concept. Feels like a modern, boutique European style condo with all the amenities you need in a hotel and super easy access and parking. Across the street from the beach, lovely pool area, and walk to all the best restaurants and shops. An absolutely ideal alternative to a big commercial hotel. '

'Great location, close to Cape May and events we had scheduled. Host was wonderful, answered any/all questions I had about the stay and even referred us to a great pizza place. The place itself was wonderful, very clean, spacious, and bedrooms were the perfect size!! Loved the kitchen layout and attached seating. For an off season weekend rental in January, it was absolutely perfect in every way, even the cost. Highly recommended, it will not disappoint!!! '
