'Absolutely wonderful place to stay! This was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. We stayed in the Mayflower Suite, and it was simply glorious—extremely spacious and luxurious. I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels, and this one has climbed straight to the top! The staff? Five-star service all the way. I’m at a loss for words—just wow. Do yourself a favor and experience it for yourself! Oh, and by the way, you get a private entrance leading directly to the penguins… an unforgettable touch!'

'Nach Ankunft war das Zimmer unzureichend gereinigt; es gab Motten. Nach einer Beschwerde wurden alle Probleme umgehend gelöst und wir erhielten als Entschädigung ein Weinpräsent. Das Personal war zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und opulent, das Restaurant stets gut besucht (auch von Einheimischen, was ein gutes Zeichen war). Die Anlage ist schön, könnte aber gepflegter sein. '
