'Our stay was good. Everything that was needed was there. The house is rustic and dark, having a total of two windows in one of the rooms. The biggest negative was not having control of the AC/heater. The instructions said to keep the thermostat at certain temperatures. There was no thermostat. We inquired about it, and were told that they would adjust to our satisfaction via remote. It got hot during the night. No way that I’m waking somebody up. This should be rethought. 'This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. '

'Limited linens, only two coffee cups. We ended up buying towels, washcloths and a coffee maker. They had a keurig type but we had no k cups and brought ground coffee with us. The dishwasher was not emptied even though it had been run. I had to constantly empty the dehumidifier. And it was freezing, I don’t believe the thermostats work.'

'We were in the area for a wedding in Percy. This apartment & downtown location in DuQuion was prefect for us. There was a mix-up on the entry code, but Alexis got back to us quickly and all was well. I would recommend eating at Alongi's Italian Restaurant. It's just a few doors down from the apartment. Food was great and if you're a Cardinal fan, you'll have fun looking at the wall pictures. We highly recommend this VRBO and will book again if we are ever back in this area. '
