'The property managers communicated very well. The property is right in the heart of international Blvd and close to all parks and food. The bed in this unit is extremely soft and plush. There is a laundry a facility immediately across the hallway that made it easy to travel home with clean clothes**we left the next guest laundry soap, bleach and dryer sheets under the sink in the unit since there weren’t any** Definitely an easy stay!! 'The condo worked well for my family and our friends family. When we initially booked the listing stated that Universal Studios was walkable, 5 to 10 minutes, however that is not the case. It's about a 15-minute Drive, so we ended up having to drive and pay for parking each day. If you're planning on flying in and being able to walk to the parks, that is not an option so plan accordingly. We took a day off from parks to rest and unfortunately the complex swimming pool was closed for renovations...

'We had a great time and it all started with our studio suite at The Enclave. Owner was communicative and prompt in communication. The room was clean and equipped with everything listed and most importantly was updated and clean. Pool and hot tubs were nice (wish the hot tubs were opened past 8:00) and it is within walking distance to lots of shops and restraunts. Just a great experience overall!'

'We loved the location in proximity to the swim meet we were in town for. The pool was way too chilly, but we dipped any way. May want to consider a heater or disclaimer (apologies if there was one). Some of the fixtures are worn in the master bathroom as we could never get the overhead to work properly, may want to have your property manager take a look. Overall we had a blast, it was perfect with all the lovely modern updates, and ample room for entertaining. We would definitely return.'
