'My sister and I were in Smithville to visit our brother who has been ill. We ordered pizza at his place Thursday and Then he and my sister were up all night Sick. Why not me? Big mystery. We left without completing our stay but will Definitely be back and try to enjoy your lovely place!'

'The apartment was great, easy to find, easy to access, very quiet, and clean. Everything we needed in our stay was there and worked well. I only have one issue, the beds need help, the small beds could use some extra slats underneath, the big bed mattresses are sad, they have low support and aren't as comfortable as they could be. Other than that everything was great! '

'The walkway smelled of cat pee. Once inside it was clean until i looked up at the ceiling fan. I don't think it had ever been cleaned. I took care of that. Next morning I wrnt to the kitchen for breakfast. Bowl was dirty. Took care of that. Shower was next. To small of a shower and there were only 3 towels for a 7 day stay. Took care of that. It is a very nice place. Neighbors didn't always leave enough room to park and they would talk loud outside the back door. I will be returning soon. Hope...

'Absolutely worth it. Rachel and Steph have super powers - they respond within minutes and answered all of our questions. The only surprise we got when we arrived was this tiny little, cutie. Very impressive!!They’ve put out a grill for us which was great. The place is well maintained and VERY clean. '

'This was convenient to all the things that we wanted to do while in McMinnville. Check-in was easy. There was a problem with the internet, but it was because the wrong information was passed to me. :-(. The cleaning crew could certainly do better. There was allot of dust and the commode was really nasty. The walls in the kitchen need a good scrubbing (my husband cleaned it some). We read that the bed was hard, so we brought our mattress topper and when we removed the sheet to place our topper,...

'Very quiet, all amenities were there. Only issue was bathroom sink was plugged. I had to take the plug apart and clean the drain. Also the cable didn't work, it was ok i used roku, but you will have to see that the cable is connected. '

'Amazing property with idyllic views and wonderful accomodations!! Fully equipped kitchen with everything you'll need. Hosts are gracious and a delight! Two beautiful bedrooms with large family room space with plenty of seating, desk and large TV. Don't miss out!!'

'Clean well equiped property with an amazing view of the night sky. The daytime view is great too. The hiking trails are good too. Ill definitely stay again.'

'The photos on the listing don’t do this place justice. It is far nicer and updated than I expected especially for the price. Check in was a breeze, and the unit was exceptionally clean inside. There are a couple other units attached but you can’t tell, and everybody minds their business. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the unit was perfect for me.'

'The little cabin is clean and cozy. I struggled with the pillows but other than that it was nice. There is a keurig coffee pot but no coffee cups. I am big on a porch lights, but no front lights. This made it difficult to see key pad. I was surprised of how secluded the place is, so if you like privacy, you defiantly have it. The view of the mountains is beautiful.'

'The purpose for our month long stay was to have a place of our own, yer be close to our daughter, son in law and newborn baby. We live 6 hours away. The place was a lovely location. Close proximity to grocery, restaurants, shopping, anything we needed. The complex is immaculate. We enjoyed the balcony and pool was lovely. We look forward to staying again very soon.'

'Overall, an aging condo with some upgrades. Worked fine for our visit, but on the expensive side. Addressing issue mentioned in other reviews: 1) Someone attempted to clean the carpets with cleaner that bleached some areas. 2) The top bathroom vent did not work, the others did. 3) We were off-season so didn't need AC but heat, which was fine except even with the fan set to ON, the upstairs rooms were warm while the first floor was still cool.'

'Everything was great. The place was clean and welcoming. There were no dresser to put your clothes in or ample hangers. Also the bathroom lighting should be brighter very hard to see for contacts and makeup. Mattress just ok. But since we were only there a short time it was not a problem. '

'Property was clean, well maintained with plenty of room for the 3 in my party. Had relatives close by that visited and we enjoyed playing 2 rounds of golf at 2 of the 5 FF Glade courses. Afterwards returned to the condo and played cards with plenty of space for card game and other family members to visit'

'Our stay was great! The cabin was beautiful and the communication between the property manager and us was very good. We had no problems and very much enjoyed our stay! We were minutes from Cummins Falls and the town, it was perfect!'

'8 of us traveled to The Haven for a girls knitting weekend. We had a wonderful time. We had a problem lighting the fireplace which was explained to us over the phone and fixed quickly. We hope to do this again next year. SSKs'
