'My friends and I are all turning 40 this year, so we decided to pick a different weekend activity to celebrate each birthday. My friend Bob was the birthday boy this weekend and he just wanted to hangout somewhere peaceful and sereen with golf courses and some nice play to grab a bite to eat and a drink. 'Great location. Went to Warner Theater in erie. Only 30 min. Away. Very quiet except for the soothing sound of the lake. Rainy most of time but still able to sit on the deck. The house is very clean and comfortable. Loved the kitchen. Had a great stay. P.S. can walk close by to get food or dine out. All walking distance. Thanks'

'We highly recommend this house! Needed to be in the area for a wedding. The house is in a quiet, safe area. Plenty of parking and beautiful grounds. The house was every bit as described and more. Very modern and extremely clean. Many things were included, other than what we were going to eat, we wanted for nothing. The owner communicated with us before our stay and answered any questions we had. '

The downstairs was spacious and comfortable, and had ample seating for eating, lounging, etc. We appreciated the well-appointed kitchen and that there were extra supplies (paper towels, tissues, soap, etc) on hand.
