'The place was clean and comfortable and suited our purpose for visiting family. The listing, however, was not accurate in terms of available amenities. One of the main reasons we chose this place was because of the workout/health facilities that were supposed to be available. Upon arrival, we discovered they were closed indefinitely. Our confirmation email also gave us conflicting information regarding hours and procedures it seemed no one could give us a straight answer to resolve these issues...

'We have visited Lake Tansi resorts for 30+ years and appreciate this updated three bedroom condo. However, the cleanliness was concerning - the toilet was only spot cleaned as evident by the dirty underside of the toilet seat and hair was left in the shower and on bed sheets. When I called to request maintenance for a slow drain and reported the cleaniness issues she apologized. Not much more they could do at that point. The maintenance crew was quick to help with a bath tub not draining and...

'We had a nice, peaceful stay! We’ll be back someday! Bed was very comfortable, but did squeak a little when getting off the bed. Not enough to bother us. Someone mentioned bugs in a review, and we almost didn’t book, but it was mostly a few ladybugs! If you live in TN, every house has them! And the house is in the woods, so you’ll probably see a few bugs! The host was quick to respond and answer any questions, but leaves you alone and doesn’t bother you! We liked that!'
