The Space:

Maine Street Penthouse is nestled in Spirit Lake, Idaho, in a stately brick building that once housed the town bank, dating back to 1908. Step outside and discover the charm of Maine Street, where you’ll find local favorites like Brickel Creek Coffee, Sondahl Pottery, Giorgi’s Burgers, Mi Pueblo Authentic Mexican, and the historic White Horse Saloon, all just a short walk away.
Stroll to Spirit Lake for fishing, kayaking, boating, or picnicking at Fireside Park. For outdoor enthusiasts, hidden waterfalls and the Empire Trails system along the northern shore offer hiking and biking adventures.
We’re also conveniently located just 26 miles from Coeur d’Alene and 42 miles from Spokane, Washington.
ROOFTOP TERRACE
Soak up Idaho’s sun, snow, and stars from Spirit Lake’s only rooftop terrace. Relax on the teal-hued Adirondack chairs or lounge on the new outdoor patio couch while taking in views of alpine trees and rolling hills.
Grill your fresh catch and dine al fresco, or sip craft beers while roasting s’mores around the fire pit as the sun sets. Our solar string lights add the perfect glow for evening gatherings under the stars.

LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
An open floor plan, high ceilings, and picture windows welcome you to the penthouse, flooding the space with natural light. Relax on the blue sectional sofa or cozy club chairs after a day at the lake, or settle in for a movie by the warmth of the electric fireplace.
Our kitchen is compact but well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing light meals. Open shelving holds handcrafted dishes and mugs from Sondahl Pottery. In the mornings, enjoy the coffee and tea bar, complete with a Coffee Pot & Keurig, coffee grounds, K-Cups, half and half, sugar, and tea bags. The butcher-block dining table doubles as meal prep space, all under the soft glow of an Edison bulb chandelier.
DESK AREA
A charming antique wooden desk sits near the kitchen, perfect for catching up on emails or working remotely. Glass cabinets showcasing curated objects add a touch of elegance to the home office feel.

Though we have just one bedroom, our penthouse comfortably sleeps up to five guests. The spacious bedroom features a king log bed, sitting area, and direct access to the terrace. Additional beds are thoughtfully placed in other areas for maximum flexibility.

Thank you for observing our quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. This ensures the peace of the neighborhood and our standing as courteous neighbors.

For the comfort, safety, and security of all our guest's, only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unregistered visitors or additional guests are not allowed without prior approval from management. If you would like to request approval for visitors, please contact us in advance. An additional fee may apply for any approved visitors or extra guests. Unauthorized visitors or guests may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund, in accordance with our house rules.
PARKING:
We offer free street parking for 2 vehicles.
