'This property is in East Nashville. There is everything you need close by—Restaurants, markets, fuel and easy access to down town and roads to sites outside the city. It is walkable once there too. This is a relatively new ADU over a garage and is well appointed. It even has Laundry available down stairs. We would definitely stay here again.'

'My best friend & I stayed (2) nights leading into New Year’s Eve. It was the PERFECT location. So glad we chose here instead of a hotel. Downtown is only a short drive away. The experience, scenery & environment were amazing. It truly gave the feel of being in the country & was so peaceful & quiet and such a great experience. The property is beautiful, we wish we had more time. The pictures just don’t do it justice, for the property or rental. The inside was very clean & super cute. We did come...

'My husband and I enjoyed staying in this private apartment separated from the main house. We had our own entrance; parking space and it was not connected to the main house. The instructions were perfect on getting in and out. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again the next time we travel to Nashville. '

'Our group consisted of 5 friends who used to work together and haven't seen each other since leaving the company 4 years ago. We've been trying to plan this forever and finally did! The place was absolutely perfect for us and we could not have had a better time. Our hosts were excellent and we would definitely recommend this property.'

'The hotel is very beautiful and clean. Adequate space for our family. I didn't realize that there was no kitchen while booking. It was my mistake. The door was not locking from inside. I informed the manager. Hopefully, it has been taken care of. Otherwise, there was no problem at all.'

'We had a wonderful and relaxing get away at the Treehouse Mansion! It’s a beautiful property with a very scerene environment. The home was beautiful inside and out (very clean and well kept). The hot tub sitting by the river was a nice bonus! The owners were very communicative, responsive, and kind. We had the opportunity to walk the property and it was gorgeous! Great place to unplug and unwind!!'

"De kamer is zeer netjes en schoon. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De gratis shuttle bus naar het centrum is ook een pluspunt! Zou hier zeker weer verblijven als ik in Nashville ben. "

"Really nice location just outside downtown. It's just a 15/20 walk to Broadway. The hotel itself is a little bit outdated. When we were there, new beds and carpet was there so I guess they're upgrade, the rooms. It's pretty clean, but it smells old. Breakfast is just average for this kind of hotel. Staff can be more friendly. But after all, a good stay! "

"The room was clean and the beds were amazing! The location could not been better. Breakfast was ok. Only thing that was a bit too bad was that we were at the end of a long hallway and it was late in the afternoon before they came to clean our room. Like around 5:00 pm, but most of the days we would be there to get ready for dinner so super inconvenient…"
