Dit huisdier vriendelijke vier slaapkamers en vier en een half bad huis zal comfortabel plaats aan maximaal 14 gasten, dus neem het hele gezin.

Waarom kiezen tussen het strand of uw eigen zwembad? Carpe Diem heeft zowel! Zwem in uw eigen, ingesloten verwarmd zwembad of loop slechts 100 honderd treden naar het particuliere, hondvriendelijke strand.

De woning bevat luxe beddengoed, tuin bad, hardhouten vloeren ... veel zorg en aandacht voor detail - zorgt voor een heerlijke vakantie! Wij zijn trots op netheid en verzeker u een zeer schoon en uitnodigende huis bij aankomst, zodat u kunt ontspannen en genieten van uw bezoek! Er zijn een breed scala aan voorzieningen, waaronder een AM / FM-radio, vriezer, magnetron, Blender, cassette-speler, Ice Maker, Oven, Plafondventilatoren, CD-speler, Koelkast, WiFi, Stereo, koffiezetapparaat, kookplaat, Telefoon, televisies, Cookware, Vaatwasser, Borden, videorecorder, dvd-speler, wasmachine en droger, een natte bar, en nog veel meer.

Het huis is 2 verdiepingen, met mooie groenvoorzieningen buiten en het is prachtig ingericht aan de binnenkant. Er is de natte bar, en een open haard om wat romantiek brouwen oceaan kant te krijgen. Het huis heeft een garage, een formele eetkamer en maakt al je vrienden thuis jaloers.

100 stappen naar het strand vanaf een gemakkelijk pad aan de ene kant en 2 minuten lopen naar de inter-kust waterweg aan de andere kant. Dit rustige maar hippe gebied van Vilano / North Beach is populair om te surfen, paddle boarding, surf vissen, haaientanden jagen en nog veel meer. Er zijn binnen enkele minuten veel goede restaurants waar u kunt wandelen, fietsen of naartoe kunt rijden. Onze comfortabele woning ligt op 5 minuten rijden naar het leuke en levendige stadje in Amerika, St. Augustine! De pier van het strand van Vilano ligt op 2 minuten rijden met de auto (of 40 minuten met het strand). Hier vindt u een kruidenier Publix en een mini-winkelcentrum. In hetzelfde gebied zijn een lokale postkantoor, Bait & Gear winkel, een bootverhuur en een gasdok, een lokale pub en meer restaurants in de buurt en op het Intercoastal-strand. Een 20 minuten rijden naar het huis van de PGA bij TPC Sawgrass, en een 2. 5 uur rijden naar Disney World.

Spring Break in Vilano Beach

Good times had by all. The house is as advertised, it is very close to the beach in a nice neighborhood. The house is big enough to allow for separation, one of the bedrooms is up a separate staircase from the other three bedrooms. As mentioned by others, the pool is small but it is perfect for 2 children to play endlessly.The beach was not crowded and great for long walks at sunrise and sunset.We went on a “children friendly” ghost tour, visited several attractions and overall had a great, immersive experience.Pizza at Vinny’s and fried green tomatoes at the Reef are recommended.Both dogs enjoyed many neighborhood walks.Would stay here again.

Great location

This property was spacious and super close to the beach. Bedrooms were a good size and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was in a nice neighborhood. This didn't bother our stay but we believe there may be some electrical issues...lights flickered in the kitchen some and one of my outlets didn't work in the mother in law suite bedroom and the washer had some issues with our first load of laundry. The pics of the pool were a little deceiving. It was pretty small. Overall though, we would definitely stay here again. My family really enjoyed it. The property manager was super helpful and had great communication.

Wonderful vacation!

Everything we needed for a very nice week with family. Short walk to the beach, pool, and plenty of room to move around in the house. The house was clean and that’s always a plus for me. I do need to say that the neighbors were so nice to us, very friendly and helpful. We ask the lady next door about a good place to eat seafood and she sure did! Just a short drive to a place called Aunt Kates, we ate there twice. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

Fabulous Beach Oasis

Carpe Diem was such a great place to stay. The house is beautiful, everything worked great, convenient walk to the beach. Cute neighborhood and they had everything we needed. The pool is on the smaller side, but it was perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house for a great vacation!

We all loved it! There was lots to do including ocean, pool, shopping and sight-seeing. Good restaurants are plentiful. The house provided an excellent location for everything and was fully equipped with large rooms to make our stay extremely comfortable. We appreciated the recliners in the family room and the large TV. Very nice accommodations!

Contact with the property management was outstanding! They returned my messages super fast. Even though it was in a neighbor hood off the beach it took us less time walking to the beach than if we were in a condo on the beach. Easy crossing A1A to beach walkover. No stairs. Beach is not crowded and is a paradise for finding shells. This house is large so you won't be bumping in to each other. Great time with family.

Daughter's Wedding

We rented this house for my daughter's wedding at tge Lightener Museum. My parents and my sisters joined us. The house was perfect with every bedroom having it's own bathroom. The pool was also a hut with my niece and nephews. Would absolutely stay again.

Beware before you book this property!

We selected this property over several others because it was spacious, we had 8 guests, some were not couples. We also liked the fact that it had a pool and beach access and parking. We planned to spend several days enjoying the beach. This did not happen, we had to drive to a different beach. Much to our disappointment, this property has several misleading items in the listing. Beach access is a joke. You must side step down a sand slope of about 10 feet or climb multiple stairs over A1A carrying beach supplies, your wagon and ice chests, it was a nightmare! The pool is tiny with sand debris. The bed rooms were all ok with the exception of the pull out sofa beds. You will be sleeping on springs and no sheets to fit. One bedroom had the carpet tacks exposed at the bathroom doorway. One guest cut her foot entering. We placed a throw rug over the tacks to prevent future injuries. Roaches and spiders where throughout the house. Spray service did spray, but to no avail. Fan & lights were broken. The master bathroom had mold in the grout lines, we were told that the grout was discolored. The garage had a strong mildew smell. We attempted to air it out. The a/c was out for 2 nights with temperatures reaching 88, it was unbearable. Many amenities are misleading. Just beware, read all the reviews, the property is not well managed or maintained. These issues were not addressed during our stay. As well as others. We were not offered comp for even 1 night. Very dissatisfied!

A Great Time Was Had By All The Family

House was clean and had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone in our group. Four Large bedrooms, each with it's own ensuite bathroom, each had their own TV plus a HUGE TV in the family room. Lots of seating at dining room and kitchen tables with stools at a bar counter in the kitchen. Pool was very small but screen enclosed porch was lovely this time of year, lots of seating there also. Only complaint I have was the liquid hand soap in the bathroom we used wasn't just soap it was very watered down, didn't feel like my hands got clean when I washed them. Feel like I'm being petty mentioning that but thought maybe the owners didn't know maybe the cleaning service did this. I think it was only in the one bathroom. We had one maintenance issue, that was resolved in a timely manner. Sandy at First Choice was great to work with and answered all our questions promptly. We had a wonderful time and if we need this large of a house again we would definitely stay at Carpe Diem. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

The house, location and communication with property management were all excellent. The only cautionary comment that I have is regarding the size of the pool. If there are children involved, please note that the pool is quite small. However, the property is directly across the street from an ocean beach. All and all, very nice accommodations.
