Condo, St Augustine Ocean, and Racquet Resort on St Augustine Beach. Ground floor unit with Jacquizi in the courtyard just steps away from the entrance door as well as 4 professional tennis courts. Two-bedroom and two baths with a large living room and built-in 60-inch Smart TV and 36" TV in the master bedroom. Only steps from the Olympic size pool (two pools one heated for winter) and yards from the greatest beach in Florida. Disney is a couple of hours away from other nice attractions.

Perfect location.
The place was perfect and so was the location. I think the cleaning service dropped the ball, we took the first few hours to clean the place ourselves. That was the only hickup. The place was roomy, had everything you can ask for, the beach entrance is on the property, pool was across from the rental, restaurants in walking distance, putt putt in walking distance, classy people all around. I would buy this property if I could. Highly recommend.

Nice condo in complex on the beach
We enjoyed a nice week in this unit in May. The biggest pro is the pool! It is very large, well maintained, with many comfortable loungers, and just steps from the condo. Clean restrooms located in pool area. It isn’t ocean view but just a few minutes walk to the beach. It is a huge, clean beach with code seeded to enter property. (Which we appreciated for safety purposes) The unit is rather dated and basic, and the master bed is extremely firm, but it was fine for us. I noticed a new dishwasher and new, plentiful towels in both bathrooms. Would stay again.

Overall a very comfortable condo. We have stayed in this complex several times. Would have been nice to have chairs that are appropriate for relaxing on the beach. Will definitely consider staying here on a future trip!!

Condo was laid out very nicely. Would have liked a dining table. Many amenities. Enjoyed the beach, pools, hot tub, pickleball and shuffleboard. Back patio was not at all private; located adjacent to drive thru lane.

Lovely Beach Stay
Listing is as described. We had a lovely stay at the unit! We happened to see a little bug our first night and Stephanie had an exterminator out the next day to take care of it for us. It has your kitchen basics: a few pans, several pots, cups, silverware, etc. Dishwasher was broken for our stay, but Stephanie said it will be replaced soon. We didn't mind washing dishes by hand for a few days. Great location. The beach was perfect and the hotel was close to a beautiful historic downtown area. Can't wait to visit again!

Could not find anything wrong except the temp. Being in Florida you want AC but we were limited and at night was miserably hot in the bedrooms. Sleeping was most uncomfortable. Elsewise, the condo and whole property was magnificent. Would highly recommend to others

St. Augustine vacation
We had a great time in St. Augustine! The place was nice but could use more routine maintenence. We had and electrical issue during our stay but Stephanie was quick to resolve the issue. Overall a good place to stay especially for the price we paid. The room had beach towels, chairs, beach toys and a wake board. And we didnt realize when we booked our room that you could drive on the beach!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The condo was steps to the pool and a few minutes to the beach. It was very well stocked in the kitchen and we were able to cook every day. Saved on restaurants and the kids got what they wanted every meal The only 2 things that would have helped was a tv in the 2nd bedroom and some type of small table to eat at. There was seating at the breakfast bar but a small table (even for 2) would have been perfect. We would definitely return to this location again.

Short stay
We got no response from the parking pass we filled out online although we had given our credit card number: no parking pass at gate; we were sent to main office, but the office did not know we had reservations. Once that was completed we went to unit only to find the cleaning lady there, she did not know we were coming either. Had to wait for her to finish which gave us time to explore the beach. Of course, no one had given us the pass number to open the gate to get off the beach so my 73 year old husband climbed the fence and opened it for me from the entrance side. We did not fully understand that we needed "our personal" YouTube code but that was okay. Overall our stay was fine. We had to leave a day early due to death in the family, but we enjoyed our stay until then. Good location, short walk to beach.

Great location
We have been vacationers at this resort for over 30 years. This is the first time we rented from an owner and not through the resort itself. The unit was ok but definitely not the cleanest. It did smell of musk and rundown in my opinion. I've stayed in may units and this was not at the level of cleanliness and maintenance of the others. There were some pantry food items left from either a pervious renter or the owners themselves and a bag of flour had what I think were beetles in it. We threw it out and messaged the owners but no one responded. There were the odd beetle here and there on the counter after that which grossed me out. I have never seen any bugs in any other unit there before. I read these types of bugs can not only come from pantry items but also from moisture and there was definitely that musky mildew smell. The ease of renting this unit was great but there also no dinning table, just fold out tv dinner trays. We would not rent this unit again but the location is a dream.

Positives are location, proximity to the beach, grounds and pool are well kept. As for the condo, the unit is very outdated and tired, dark with limited dining seating, no usable outdoor space. The condo smelled musty and the bathrooms were not clean, moldy shower curtains, smelled like urine. The bed is extremely uncomfortable. Over priced for the condition.

Huge misunderstanding
I book the place for 2 day, owner change the booking days to 3 days just to show Something the the association. Unfortunately that change create a big confusion and I had to rush out and leave in the middle of my breakfast. I had to throw away food and my plans for the day. Like a good business man the renter didn’t give a rats about the situation cause of course he had other renter coming in Fortunately for the gentleman I am racional person and didn’t make a scene or argue about the upsetting situation
