Huisdiervriendelijke twee slaapkamers een bad strandhuisje met uitzicht op de oceaan.

Welkom bij Surf Crest Village # 25, Pelican Beach View, prachtige familie vakantie cottage. Dit geweldige strandhuis van 2bd / 1ba is nieuw in het verhuurprogramma. Huren beneden voor nu vanwege renovaties later voor boven. Beneden patio en boven houten dek met een prachtig uitzicht op de luchtige St. Augustinus oceaan. De woonkamer gastheer van de master suite bevat een queensize bed. De kamer gastheer tweepersoonsbed en beide delen een complete badkamer. In deze woonkamer staat een grote flatscreen-tv. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met alles wat nodig is om die smakelijke vakantiemaaltijden te bereiden. Een full-size wasmachine / droger is voorzien voor het gemak van de gasten. Strandstoelen, handdoeken, een duwwagen voor strandbenodigdheden en een verscheidenheid aan speelgoed zijn voor de gasten. Het huisje biedt twee parkeerplaatsen op het terrein direct bij de voordeur en bezoekersruimten zijn dichtbij beschikbaar. Het strand en het zwembad liggen op slechts een steenworp afstand van het huisje en genieten van vele restaurants en winkels op 1/4 mijl van het huisje. We hebben veel terugkerende gasten. Je zult die gast willen zijn.
De twee slaapkamers beneden herbergen queen bedden en delen een complete bad / douche badkamer. Een tweepersoons slaapbank bevindt zich in de woonkamer beneden en heeft ook een flatscreen-tv. Eigenaren hebben de schappen gevuld met enkele van de favoriete films van hun familie! Een full-size wasmachine / droger is voorzien voor het gemak van de gasten.
Het huisje biedt twee parkeerplaatsen op het terrein direct bij de voordeur en twee bezoekersruimten liggen recht tegenover de oprit. Het strand en het zwembad liggen op slechts een korte loopafstand en er zijn veel restaurants en winkels op 1/4 mijl van het huisje. Deze woning is ook de perfecte plek voor familiebijeenkomsten en bruiloften omdat we ook nog eens drie slaapkamers en twee badkamers cottage tegenover in het dorp vertegenwoordigen. Definitely would stay again! The location was great, close to the beach and restaurants, a short drive to Publix. The only negative was that the dishwasher was broken, but a call to the agency assured us that a new one was on its way.

Quiet getaway
Nice stay. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to beach. House was clean, very comfortable beds, had plenty of kitchen needs. Stairs are required to reach the master bedroom and main kitchen. (Yes, 2 kitchens) So, carrying groceries and luggage up stairs wasn’t great but doable. We mostly ate our meals around St George St. but did try the Oasis just down the road. It was good and they do have a quiet, table/chairs area inside away from the bar. — only thing we “complained “ about was how the HVAC worked. Wasn’t cooling well and outside temps was only around 70. If it was 90 outside, we would have had a real problem. Would stay there again if needed.

Quiet Community
My family and I enjoyed our stay at Surf Crest Village. We loved the fact that it was a quiet community and just a short walk to the beach. The pool was conveniently located just around the corner. This was the second time I had the pleasure of working with Patty. She is great! Grocery stores and restaurants are conveniently located close by. We would stay here again.

Great place!
We absolutely loved this property! Easy access to the beach and pool. Only thing is the pictures make the place look much bigger than it is downstairs when it is a bit tight but not awful. Having the 2 kitchens was awesome. We've stayed at many places and have never had that amenity before and with having my nephews, their mother, my brother and my son it was nice. Loved the balcony very nice favorite place! Would be nice if the balcony had a cover we tried to use the awning but couldn't figure it out. It rained a lot in the evenings so chairs were always wet so a cover would've been nice. The dryer could use an update but worked. Lots of towels! I filled the ice trays for ice and I recommend buying ice and bringing your own water lol. Nothing against place bc they do not have control over the water. Shower upstairs was great. Everything worked very well in the house. Great little neighborhood very quiet. Pool key is behind the front door if you can't find it lol my 9 y/o had to find it for me hehe. Beautiful sunrises. Shower to rinse off from beach is on the bottom porch to the side by trash cans. We will definitely be back! Patti and Harry were amazing! I had a family emergency and she showed me grace and I am very thankful for that. Still good people out there! We really enjoyed every minute of this trip. This is definitely a place I will be saving to come back to! Even though I mentioned some things wrong I would come back still even if they were not fixed.

Casual beach house
We spent a week at the beach with family and appreciated the two separate living spaces in this house. Nice for us to have 2 kitchens but might not matter to some families. The furnishings and towels could use a complete do-over, as they are well used, but for a relaxed rental house theyre adequate. The pix are mostly accurate. The full sized washer and dryer are helpful and location is very convenient to the beach as well as restaurants and activities in SAB.

This house is in an excellent location, but the house itself is very mediocre. We enjoyed a short stay but had trouble with a toilet and the dishwasher. It appears that improvements have been made, but the beds are not very comfy and it needs some more TLC to really be nice. The property managers were excellent about communicating with us!

Wonderful Stay!
We spent a week at #25. Our family has stayed at Surf Crest Village previously, and this time we had a lot of other family stay at a handful of cottages. It was very convenient to the beach and lovely to visit everyone else that traveled and meet up and one another's places for meals. We had a great time enjoying the pool too. Easy drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and downtown St. Augustine. We hope to return in the future.
