Spacious Condo in Las Palmas Resort

Comfortable, spacious 2 bedroom condo with 2 full bathrooms. Sleeps 6 with 1 king traditional mattress, 1 queen traditional mattress, and 1 couch pull-out bed in living room. The king bed is in the master bedroom, the queen bed is in the 2nd bedroom. Ground level. 1400 sq. feet. Garden view.

Includes access to 4 hot tubs total heated year round and 5 pools total, one indoor pool heated year round, diving pool, lap pool, kids' pool, waterfall pool, and pool with large shallow lounge/play area. Access to two exercise rooms, outdoor basketball and pickleball and playgrounds.
Two different pool areas are very close to the unit (with a pool and hot tub in each), and the "HUB" - with one very large pool area - is a couple-minute walk away from the condo with water slide pool, splash area, clubhouse with gym, diving pool, indoor pool, lap pool and 2 hot tubs. Access for 8 people at a time to the HUB is included.
*The amenities (pools, etc.) are all open. The two pool areas nearest to the condo are open until 10:00 pm. The HUB is open Sun 9-6, Mon-Thurs from 9 to 9, and Fri-Sat from 9 to 10.

Super Comfortable Condo

We really enjoyed our night in this condo. It was spacious, comfortable and easy! Ground floor, so easy access and the fireplace was delightful after a chilly evening at an outdoor concert!Kitchen was a little light on the basics…. Had to use a wok because it was the closest thing to a frying pan, but it was also equipped with an electric roasting pan that made adequate crepes. We adapted and made great memories. Will definitely stay again!

This is one of the nicer properties we have ever stayed in. Las Palmas has stepped up its game and the facility is looking much nicer than previous years. Proximity to the pool is very nice as well. Now, if only they could shave the speed bumps down by 50% :-)

Perfect!

One of my new favorite units at Las Palmas in St. George, Utah! Spacious living room and dining space. Comfortable beds. Large bathrooms and closets. Very clean. Beautiful southern utah/southwest decor. Unit on ground floor right by grassy area with playground, small gym and two pool/hot tub areas. Will stay here again for sure!

Spacious, Quiet, Comfortable

This spacious condo was located close to the highway which you travel for all the nearby sites. It's great for Zion, but this trip we drove to Kolob Canyon and Cedar Breaks National Monument, both great for day trips. We were close enough to drive to Kolob Canyon to enjoy the sunset views as well. The condo had everything you need for preparing a meal. The beds were comfortable the it was very quiet. There is plenty of seating in the living room and dining room as well. We loved Mad Pita Express for a quick and healthy meal. Albertson's is not far from the condo, so overall it is a convenient and comfortable base for your Utah adventures!

Short stay with kiddos

WE loved this property, especially the location! I was a bit let down when both TVs in both bedrooms did not work the entire 4 days we were there, as well as The Cleaning Service entering the property while we were there. Im a single mom of 2 young children, so I wish there was a dead bolt to keep it more safe, made me feel weird that someone could and did just walk in while we were there. I dont think that is ok at all, but other than those two things, it was a wonderful place to stay and we would stay there again as long as the TVs actually worked and maybe a dead bolt to keep others out.

Good Times!

Property was clean! Great location! Listed as sleeps 10 people. 2 queen beds, pull out couch bed. For 10 people to sleep there one on couch next to pull out and 3 people on air mattresses. One mattress didn’t have the built in pump, and the other went completely flat. So you may need to bring your own just in case. Luckily we had one. Key fob to pool didn’t work and remote in the bedroom didn’t work- could be user error. Overall good time, would stay there again!

Perfect for families

We loved the cleanliness and quietness of the apartment. Out the back door was a kids play structure and smaller pool. We spent the most time at the larger clubhouse pools that had other activities too. Great option for families up to 6-8 people.
