'This is our second time staying at this property. You can walk anywhere you need to go. Beach, ice cream, coffee, souvenirs, restaurants all just a short walk. The house is clean and spacious. Plenty of parking. Check-in and checkout are easy. Of note, one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth is provided per person so you may want to bring extras. Also, there are no hairdryers.'

'The views are beautiful. The house was lacking a few things, like an icemaker and storage space for staples you would bring when staying at a home with a kitchen. Many of the lighting fixtures had burnt out bulbs. The TV was difficult to navigate and had no local channels. The dock is in desperate need of repair. With a little TLC this house would be perfect. The rental company did an excellent job at communication. '

'We have been coming to SGI for 30+ years but didn’t think we’d be able to come this year. We found out we could come a month before our stay. I reached out to the host to see if they’d allow our large dog and she responded affirmatively. Pictures showed a fenced yard with a nice tiled cool patio under the house. 'My husband and I have a great time! It’s wasPerfect for us. We spent our time boating and downtown walking through all the shops. Very clean and decorated perfectly. Can’t wait to spend another weekend this summer. '

'A simple cabin with good privacy, well appointed for basic needs. We were there fishing and just needed a place to sleep and this was a great spot to come back to each day after getting off the water. It’s small, simple, clean and comfortable. I’d definitely stay again if we come back.'

'We came up for the Seafood Festival. We weee able to park our car and walk everywhere we wanted to go. We could sit on the porch or in the courtyard and listen to the music in town. Quiet, peaceful and great location. I’d recommend it to everyone. '

'2 issues arose. 1) we could not get into the property as the wrong key was left in the box . We finally got the manager to get us where the back up key was took additional45 minutes 2) the internet was almost non existent. We could not watch any tv programs or movies. Laptopsandand iPads '
