De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en bevindt zich op het hoogste niveau voor het gemak. Het 2e niveau heeft 4 grote slaapkamers en één heeft 2 queensize bedden en een 55-inch led Smart-tv. De andere slaapkamer heeft 1 queensize bed met een uitloopbalkon. De derde slaapkamer heeft een queen size bed, en de laatste slaapkamer heeft een queen size bed. Alle bedden hebben een 12-inch traagschuimmatrassen waar gasten absoluut dol op zijn! Alle slaapkamers hebben plafondventilatoren met verlichting en worden op afstand bediend met 3 snelheden. Beide verdiepingen zijn uitgerust met een eigen gloednieuw verwarmings- en koelsysteem en een eigen thermostaat voor extra comfort. Wij bieden commerciële wasmachines met gemakkelijke toegang van de woonkamer. 100MG high-speed wifi met 2-55 "LED smart TV's. Voor gasten met kinderen hebben we een pack n play, kinderstoel, babyhek om trappen te blokkeren en een mand met speelgoed!

STL getaway

We chose STL because it was central to our families. Our grandsons were on spring break which is why we visited this time of year. The house was very clean and very central to so many activities. We ended up have pretty good weather considering it can literally be any season at this time. Highly recommend this property.

Girls trip!

The place was located in a great neighbor. It’s updated and was perfect for a girls trip with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. I’ll give it a 4 out of 5 for cleanliness. Paint touchups would be recommended. Everyone said the beds were very comfortable. Wi-fi didn’t work very well for us. We definitely plan on booking it again next year. There’s a cafe at the end of the street and a few great neighborhood bars/restaurants.uber rides were easy to get and it only took 15 min to get downtown.

Winter Stay

We enjoyed our stay a the Cozy Shaw. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was nice. If you are staying here in the winter time, please know that the city does not plow this neighborhood's streets. This means there is ice on the road and on the side walk. The hosts of this house did clear off our parking spots and the sidewalk in front of the house, but driving is still quite difficult. We did have one hicup during our stay. One of the shower faucets did not turn off after we used it. We immediately called to get this fixed to keep the water bill from accumulating. I called at 1 am, someone picked up the phone and responded immediately. However, when they said they would call back, I thought it would be within a couple of hours. This was not the case. The management/maintenance team waited 18 hours to fix this problem. The water in the shower ran hot water continuously during this time. I wish there had been better communication with me on the timeline of when this would be fixed. Because I was not told when the maintenance men was coming until 20 minutes before he arrived I missed out on spending time with friends which is the whole reason we chose to rent this house and travel to St. Louis. I was disappointed.

Quick fall family trip to STL

Great location! Our family used to live in the same neighborhood and we really appreciated the close proximity to Tower Grove Park, the Science Center, zoo, and Botanical Gardens. Extra bonus from being across the street from one of our favorite neighborhood cafes (Fiddlehead Fern). Very clean! My wife commented that it was one of the cleaner Vrbos we’ve stayed at.

Very spacious and very clean! Family of six, all adults. Having the extra bedrooms and bathrooms was a big deal! All of our venues were less than 10 minutes away and made for an easy commute. Will be returning in the future.

Perfect for Thanksgiving with family

We rented both the Left and Right side of the Shaw property for our family and extended family. Both places were clean and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable! The neighborhood is cute and has a number of wakable restaurants and coffee shops. We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this property for a family vacation. The location was great for getting to various attractions. The neighborhood that the house was located in seems to be undergoing revitalization, and there were so fun shops, etc. The size of the house was great for our family. The property was not very well taken care of, as the baseboards were filthy and the walls and woodwork definitely needed to be painted.

This a a beautiful older home and had plenty of room for the 10 of us. It was very conveniently located to all the places we wanted to see. It's in a lovely neighborhood. There were two parking spots in the back and then safe, available parking on the street.

Centrally located for everything we wanted to do!

Nice large house that was convenient to all the attractions we were looking for. The neighborhood was nice felt comfortable walking in the evening. Kitchen was well layed out and perfect for what we needed. Only made one big meal, mostly breakfasts, but plenty of dishes and and such for what we needed.

Perfect for our family reunion

We rented both units (right side and left side), giving us a total of 10 bedrooms for our large family reunion (in St. Louis for our son's wedding). The long tables made it easy for everyone to eat together and visit, and the beds were very comfortable. My only "complaint" is that the dining chairs (although cool and modern to look at) were very uncomfortable. We preferred sitting on the patio chairs we brought inside over the chairs in the unit.

Excellent Getaway!

The property was more than I could ever hope for. My family was ,so impressed with the accommodations they never left to explore the city of St. Louis. They grilled and enjoyed each others company while they took in the wonder of the house. The property is definitely a jewel in the Shaw District.

The stay was okay.

The location was mediocre however we did love the neighborhood restaurants that were close by. The house was not overly clean. At minimum it needs a new paint job throughout the whole building. Very old building with likely original hundred year old windows. Historic area.

We enjoyed our stay. We really liked that it had a large size dining table to accommodate our family so we can hang out together. The place had most everything we needed. The only thing that worried us was the steep staircase because we had my 91 year old Mom. But that was not really a problem bec we were very careful with her. Our 5yr old boy knew to be very careful when going up & down the stairs. All in all our family enjoyed your house and had a wonderful stay. Thank you so very much.

Nice house with plenty of space

Very nice house with plenty of space for our large group of 8 people. My only complaint was with the downstairs shower. The plumbing was such that when you ran the shower half the water came out of the bottom faucet and half came out of the shower head, making for poor water pressure.

Fantastic Stay

The downstairs bedroom was what what sold me on this property. Thank you for that. Elderly parents would not have been able to go upstairs. We had a fabulous time. The accommodations were exceptional, very clean, quant, and near everything.

Great place and location!

We enjoyed our stay at your place! It was in a wonderful location, and we enjoyed the Shaw Art Festival and Tower Grove Park. We had my elderly parents with us, and they stayed in the main-level bedroom because they had trouble with the stairs. Our only issue was with the shower upstairs above the front door. We had difficulty regulating the temperature. Other than that, it was perfect! Thank you!

Good stay! Lots of room, lots of light! Clean, pleasant surroundings! Close to most services and locations. Could use more common kitchen condiments - salt, sugar, coffee,etc. and dish cloths to use during stay. Rail outside front door detached from wall - dangerous to older folks especially. Suggest that you trim greenery encroaching on parking space in back. Thanks for a good stay.
