'Great location and beautiful room. View from the room is fantastic and the shower was brilliant. We had a slight issue/ confusion with the parking access and there was nobody on the front desk when we arrived, however upon emailing the hotel they replied immediately and answered our query. We liked the key code access but it was a little tricky to navigate the elevators on the first time. It was completely manageable after this however. Would recommend for a very central location.'

'Our stay was lovely, but not one that is reflective of a stay at a "JW," rather than a regular Marriott. It was the little things, like providing paper cups in the room rather than real cups/mugs, no minibar, also the upholstery and carpeting was subpar, they felt cheap, not something that a top tier hotel would have. We did enjoy the beautiful rooftop downtown view.'
