Deze ruime bovenste verdieping eenheid in Madeira Beach is volledig gerenoveerd en is fris en klaar voor uw Florida strand vakantie! Het eigen balkon biedt een onbelemmerd uitzicht op het strand en de Golf van Mexico, en is perfect gepositioneerd voor koffie in de ochtend, de zonsondergang te bekijken of overdag ontspannen.

Madeira Place is gelegen in het centrum van Madeira Beach, direct aan de overkant van het zand, en ongeveer 10 minuten lopen naar John's Pass Village. Het goed onderhouden complex is prive en rustig, en is ingesteld met 24 liften en voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Ontspannen in de grote verwarmde zwembad in het centrum van het pand, met veel stoelen en een paar BBQ grills te koken.

Ingericht in een ontspannen strand thema, is de master bedroom ingericht met een comfortabele, premium kingsize bed en op maat gemaakt hoofdbord. De master bedroom en-suite badkamer heeft een bad / douche combinatie, en de grote walk-in closet biedt voldoende ruimte voor uw bagage. Met directe West gerichte ramen, wakker worden met de aanblik van het strand en het water uit uw bed. De woonkamer is ingericht met een nieuwe koningin slaapbank en de ruime eetzaal biedt plaats aan maximaal 6.

De keuken is uitgerust met een nieuwe roestvrij oven / range, vaatwasser en koelkast. Met tal van kookgerei en gerechten, het appartement is goed ingedeeld voor een diner voor kleine gezinnen. Als een extra gemak, het appartement heeft een tweede badkamer met een full size douche - een echte plus met kleine gezinnen!

Uitgerust met wasmachine en droger in de flat, flatscreen-tv's in de woonkamer en slaapkamer, uitstekende WiFi-dekking, dvd-speler, en omvat alle linnengoed, bad-en strandlakens.

New Years Stay
The proximity to the beach and boardwalk was perfect. It was an easy walk during to and from. Initially we booked to stay at one unit but due to renovations we were switched to a different building and a bigger suite. We enjoyed our stay and found that the unit had everything we needed. There was the fishy smell each time you first walk in the doorway of the suite but we got used to it after a few minutes. Overall, would definitely recommend!

We were very happy with the stay at this property. Very clean, nice ocean view, walkable to the beach. The room was well stocked, especially the beach chairs, towels and water toys provided! Very convenient!

Fantastic time
Property was very clean, fabulous view (which sadly will be compromised when condo across the street is built). Short walk to beach across what is a very busy street, but crosswalk is right there so it's not bad. No complaints at all with the condo, very comfortable, well stocked kitchen, we didn't use the pool at all (there for the beach!) but it looked nice. We were very pleased with the property management. We stay at a lot of vacation rentals and have had a lot of issues in the past, but this was an excellent experience. We will definitely seek out iTrip properties in the future. We had one very minor detail when we checked in that was immediately fixed, but most importantly to us was the communication. It was so nice to be able to text someone instead of playing phone tag with an answering service. Sadly the hurricane cut our trip short by one day but we were also satisfied with how that was handled. Very enjoyable stay!

Wonderful Stay!
We love Madeira Beach, especially this condo building! Close to the beach, shops, and restaurants! The condo itself was wonderful! Perfect for a family with a young toddler! There were a few decorative pieces that our toddler could pick up, but I placed those in a drawer during our stay, so not a big deal! Definitely more kid friendly than other condos! The pool was great! Super clean & well maintained! We did have an issue with the dishwasher not wanting to run when trying to do the dishes prior to checkout. However, we were able to text the owner & he told us not to worry about it! So that was really nice! Our family would absolutely stay here again!!!

Great Place
This place was great. It was clean and very nicely decorated. The view is great and the pool was always clean and great temperature. I would recommend this place 100 percent and i been to a lot of other places. I'm sad because they knocked down one house across the street. And going to be knocking the other one down and putting a luxury four-story hotel, which is going to ruin the view but you will still have some ocean to see. Thanks again

This condo is beautiful and so well stocked! Everything you need for a great relaxing vacation was provided. I have never stayed in a place that has a kitchen ready to cook a meal or whatever you need! Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, utensils etc. We would absolutely stay here again! Anniversary trip
Very nice property. Easy access to the beach and many restaurants and shopping. The view is pretty. The bed is soft, but not uncomfortable. We did not use the kitchen but seemed well equipped. Having the washer/dryer is always a bonus. Loved that it had 2 bathrooms! I would stay here again.

Great view!
The first thing you see when you walk in,is the view of the beach. It was very clean and had everything we needed. My grandson is 10 months old so we appreciated the carpeting and it looked recently cleaned. The extra bathroom near the front door was used a lot. I liked that John’s Pass was 0.8 mi. down the road. No hurricanes during our visit!

Excellent 4th of July vacation
We stayed here for vacation. The place was spacious and comfortable. Close to the beach, so we were able to watch the fireworks on the 4th. Everything was in working order and available to use. Nice pool with a grill, nice balcony with a view of the ocean across the way. The unit gets pretty cold, I wish there would’ve been some blankets. The pull out bed is not comfortable, better just to sleep on the couch itself……but overall the furniture was in great shape. We will book again.

Clean, Well Equipped, Excellent Location!
So thankful to have found this Madeira Place condo on such late notice! With only 2 weeks or so until arrival many beachfront properties were full. What a blessing to find this unit directly across the street from the beach (and beach access) with a water view! Everything was clean and comfortable. Unit was well equipped with beach chairs, an umbrella, beach bags, toys, etc. -A definite plus!!! Kitchen had all of the gear we needed to dine in when we chose. Washer and dryer are always nice to have. Second bathroom by the entry door is great to rinse off after a sandy day at the beach. All appliances are new and operational. Electronic door lock is helpful. Pool is beautiful and warm. The street noise from Gulf Blvd can be loud when sitting on the lanai but cannot be heard inside with the glass doors closed. Definitely not a deal breaker! Overall, a lovely stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend the unit. Always a great time on Mad Beach!!! Thanks to the owners for allowing us to borrow their piece of paradise for a bit!

Everything pretty much perfect!
I would have given this property a 5 star rating, if the pull out sleeper couch was actually usable. Myself, my daughter, and my granddaughter were there for the visit, and I was going to sleep on that but it was literally not possible. My grandaughter volunteered to and she couldn't either. She slept on the couch itself, without being pulled out. The couch needs to be replaced.
