Welkom bij Clearwater! Deze bungalow is volledig gerenoveerd (2015) en is veranderd in een aangename "thuis weg van huis" voor iedereen die dicht bij de ongerepte stranden van Clearwater, Honeymoon, St Pete en Caladesi Island wil komen.
Dit huis is ideaal voor een kleine groep van 4-6 personen. De woning heeft twee slaapkamers (4 in totaal) en een futon-achtige bank (voor 2). De totale grootte van de bungalow is iets meer dan 1000 vierkante voet.
Er zijn leisteen vloeren in de residentie, samen met alle nieuwe meubels. Er is centrale verwarming en AC. De eerste slaapkamer heeft een Full bed; de tweede slaapkamer heeft twee aparte bedden. Er is een grote dubbele ijdelheid badkamer met een grote maat douche. De grote keuken is volledig uitgerust met de mogelijkheid om te maken en serveren maaltijden voor groepen voor ontbijt, lunch en diner. Er is een schaduwrijke patio achter het huis met meubilair te lounge op en een kleine elektrische grill. Er is een grote afgeschermde in de patio voor loungen.

The house was perfect! Clean updated and had great culture. The location is so close to everything. Communication with the host was easy. The purpose for this trip was not for pleasure, close to the hospital and also pet friendly!

Sweet little place
The owner took care of any need that we had. This place was fully stocked with everything you could possibly have forgotten. The only thing that we feel people should know is there are a few places in the house that require a step down or up. There never was a problem but it was a surprise. It fit our needs perfectly for the few days there. Walking to downtown and the coast was a plus.

Happy Baby time!
We had a great stay, and Eleni was very accommodating for us and our Pets! The location was perfect and very close to hospital and my daughter’s place. The home was comfortable and perfect size for our group and it was just like a home away from home. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to be in that area, especially close to Dunedin and we will consider this location when we return to visit family.

Great location!
I loved being able to walk/run to the water. The location was easy to access and so close to the Penellas Trail. The house was clean and comfortable for the 4 of us. It was especially great to have two twins in the 2nd bedroom for my adult sister and I, as most places with two bedrooms have two queen beds.

Great stay in Clearwater! Not so close to beaches & Clearwater! As it seemed we were very close to the city of Dunedin - not so much to Clearwater!! Lots of steps in the house!! Fence outside was good but def not for little dogs as it is open in areas of the front yard!! Also information for activities in the area was 2 years old! Def need to update the literature!

My family and I ventured to Clearwater for my granddaughter’s spring break and also to celebrate a good friend’s 50th birthday. After searching for hotels and other accommodations we came across this gem. The house was just enough room for the four of us (3 adults and 1 child). It was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed for our stay. The host was easily accessible during the reservation process as well as during our stay. Decent neighborhood about 10 minutes from the beaches. I would definitely rent this property again.

Great Place To Stay!!!!
My wife & I stayed here for a month. Upon our arrival, everything was just as stated in the ad. The unit was very clean and had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and bathroom. Water pressure was great and I loved the walk in shower! Having the attached garage was also a big plus for us as we had brought E-bikes with us and were able to store them safely in there and take off from there for riding the Pinellas trail. Only had two questions while there and Eleni was quick to respond. Would stay there again and would recommend to anyone. Thanks Eleni for a great stay! Ken & Barb

This little cottage was perfect for the two of us. Everything was clean and the kitchen well stocked. It looks just as in pictures. Location is convenient to beaches, Dunedin and harbor. We also enjoyed walking on the trail directly on the gulf. Overall a very pleasant experience. Would definitely book again.

Clean and Comfortable
The property was clean and comfortable. We were able to step into the kitchen and cook, with most every utensil and cookware we needed. The neighborhood was a working class, quiet place. We were located so close to Dunedin, it was a quick drive to get to anything we need. Our only complaint was the water pressure in the kitchen and bathroom. The shower, dishwasher and clothes washer were all fine, but the water pressure in the sink was barely useable. The property manager told me they are working on it. A warning for people with pups, the fenced in yard was great for our GSD, but the fence has gaps at the bottom, so I was not able to let my terrier off-leash. The slate floors were great, and the decor was cute. We would recommend to others!

The only things we will complain about are *No water pressure in the bathroom sinks *Coffee maker did not work but there are cute coffee shops in downtown Dunedin minutes away. * Too strong of flowery smells in the bedding. Location of this home is perfect. 10 min walk to Pinellas Trail, 18 min walk to Blue Jay Stadium. House has all the emeneties for a great vacation. Perfect size for two people.
