Op zoek naar warm weer en prachtig Caribisch water? Zoek niet verder! Down Island Dream is een onlangs gerenoveerde villa met een slaapkamer gelegen op Point Pleasant in het prachtige St. Thomas.
De villa is nieuw ingericht en gerenoveerd met alle voorzieningen voor een geweldige vakantie. De villa heeft een groot privé balkon rondom met uitzicht op Coki Point, Lindquist Beach, St John, Tortola en Jost Van Dyke, vandaar de naam Down Island Dream! Geniet van de tropische wind en bewonder de vele tinten sprankelend blauw van de Caribische Zee.

Op weg naar de heuvel naar uw villa ziet u het mooiste groen en de tropische bloemen die u verwelkomen in het complex. De villa ligt op korte loopafstand van uw auto en slechts een paar stappen naar beneden naar de voordeur. Als u vervolgens het eiland van uw eiland binnenstapt, wordt u begroet door verkoelende handelswinden en de meest ongelooflijke uitzichten vanuit elke hoek. Je kunt misschien niet weerstaan ​​om naar het water beneden en de eilanden daarachter te staren.

Er is een uitzicht op de zee vanuit de gerenoveerde keuken die granieten aanrecht, roestvrijstalen apparaten, koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster en alle comfort van thuis heeft. En natuurlijk een blender en ijsblokjesmachine in de vriezer om die verfrissende tropische cocktails te maken op het balkon!

De verbouwde badkamer is voorzien van een glazen spoelbak en een natuurstenen douche. We bieden ook gratis toiletartikelen voor uw verblijf om meer ruimte te maken voor badpakken!

Je eilandhuis verwelkomt je met rum, een mixer, koffie en een paar hapjes om op het balkon van te genieten.

Het resort ligt aan de oostkant van het eiland, binnen enkele minuten van de beste stranden van St. Thomas. Het is mogelijk dat u het uitzicht op het balkon niet kunt verlaten, maar u kunt naar het strand van Coki lopen om heerlijk te snorkelen. Lindquist Beach ligt op minder dan 3 minuten! Pak de meegeleverde koeler, strandstoelen en badhanddoeken in en ga lekker een dagje zonnebaden. Om St. volledig te verkennen Thomas, we raden aan een auto te huren - we zijn gelegen op een heuvel!

De locatie is gunstig gelegen voor Red Hook en de veerhaven. Red Hook is de thuisbasis van zoveel restaurants en winkels om te bezoeken en een full-service supermarkt. Of hoop op een veerboot naar St. John om de vele stranden daar te verkennen.

Serious slice of paradise
Perfect location and property was a wonderful natural oasis filled with trails. Beautifully La escaped community and villa was absolutely perfect. Had all the little extras we needed!!!will definitely be back every year for sure.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The condo was very nice. The wrap around balcony was Amazing! The resort itself wss wss hard to maneuver around and the guy driving the shuttle was off putting at times. But overall enjoyed our stay.

Paradise- it’s in the name!
We had a wonderful week at this resort. Clean, spacious, and those views! The two sided porch was fantastic. It was nice to arrive to some goodies in the fridge. We also ordered with a local provisioning co. and the condo manager worked with them so everything was there & put away upon arrival. The bed was very comfortable and the unit amenities were great. The resort shuttles were a Godsend. This unit it high up on a hill -so you have outstanding views but you may have a workout getting around if not for the shuttles. We got around just fine! The on site restaurants are great too!

Great trip
The property was clean and the view was amazing. Showing up after a day travel and finding the goodies that were in the fridge was a nice surprise. The host and manager were very quick to answer questions and very accommodating. All the beaches we visited were beautiful and the snorkeling was amazing. We also did a few hikes. We didn’t have a car and found that the taxi drivers didnt want to take us directly to our room and would drop us at the lobby. If you don’t like climbing steps this could be tiring as the trip up from the lobby had lots of stairs but we didn’t mind the exercise. It was a wonderful trip and I highly recommend this property.

Perfect getaway and that view!
We could not have asked for a better view while on our vacation. We had everything we needed and the welcome goodies were perfect after a long day of traveling. Sugar beach was amazing we had it to ourselves for about 3 hours. We ate at both restaurants on property and enjoyed sitting on the balcony to just relax and watch the beautiful scenery. Highly recommend. You are up on the hill so will have to walk up and down a few flights of stairs but the shuttle was always around to help and we enjoyed getting in a little exercise.

Absolutely perfect spot to honeymoon. Lots of privacy , sunrise and sunset views over nearby islands from the bed , lots of amenities that make day tripping to nearby beaches easy! Everything was as advertised , and the property was actually larger than expected! Cannot rate more highly and would highly recommend to all family and friends!

Our week in St. Thomas
The property is located near Red Hook which was very convenient for us. We enjoyed going there to catch the ferry to St. John, to the grocery story when we needed supplies, and for dinner since there's a variety of restaurants to pick from. We feel that the location of the condo was ideal because even when we went to Water Island and to Megan's Bay, we were no more than 20-25 minutes away from our desired location. A few things that I thought were included and wish were included were a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and an oven. All of the other places we've stayed at through VRBO had these items included. Given how warm it could get in the condo, I can see now why there wasn't an oven, but it would have been convenient for cooking breakfast and some dinner items if there had been one included. I had also asked prior to checking in if there was a beach umbrella included with the beach items that were available to use and was told there was one, but there was not. When I reached out to the property manager about this she was very responsive and brought her personal umbrella over for us to use at the beach. I thought this was very kind of her and appreciated that they tried to make things right.

It is very private for a resort setting. The view is stunning and we really enjoyed the stay. We travel often and this one has more helpful items than we usually see. Like coolers,chairs,extra beach towels,snorkel gear and beach carriers.

Nice apartment
Very nice and spacious apartment. We enjoyed it as it is only a few minutes driving to both Coki beach and Smith bay. It has a large balcony with amazing ocean view and the amenities in the resort is decent. The property manager was very helpful when we had questions and problems. The only drawback is you can hear large noise sitting at the balcony, but it is bearable when all doors are closed.

We had a great stay at Down Island Dream. Beautiful views and great condo overall. We didn’t get to spend time on the beautiful deck due to the gale force winds This week but the sunrises were beautiful. Communication was great and the restaurant on site was nice to have.

Amazing views!
The condo at Point Pleasant was perfect for our week away in St Thomas. The views were amazing and the condo has everything you need...a fully equipped kitchen, electric grill, snorkel gear, beach towels & chairs and a cooler to take with you to the beach. The property also has several pools and two restaurants when you don't feel like cooking. A rental car is necessary if you want to go off-property, and walking the property is a workout due to the steep hills. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful place to rest and relax.

Perfect Honeymoon!
This place was beautiful! Lisa was the absolute best host. She gave us more than enough helpful information about where to go, what to eat, and what to do. The apartment was nice and clean and the view was absolutely amazing! The area was lovely. We liked being so close to Red Hook, Coki Beach, and Coral world. The only downfall is that there is a big loud generator on 24/7 next door because the property there is still recovering from the hurricanes. But other than that, I really would recommend this place. We loved the restaurants. We loved the pools. We loved the place. Perfect little getaway for our honeymoon!

Perfect place to call home for a week
We loved our stay at the point pleasant resort. This unit is at the top of the hill with an amazing view of St John and the BVIs. There are several pools but the hilltop pool was very convenient and clean. Location was great. Felt very safe. A quick drive to red hook and 20 Min drive to Megan’s bay. Our host was very responsive. Strong winds ripped one of the screen doors and they fixed it within hours. I definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful location.
Since we’ve stayed at point pleasant before, we knew what to expect...and the rental did not disappoint. The unit was clean, nicely furnished and had a little more room than the other units we’ve stayed at. Our only trip downsides were having no small dishwasher and the continuous noise from the utility plant next door. During previous stays we were somewhat shielded from the noise, but this rental unit offered no such protection and the noise was quite loud and distracting. It significantly lessened the enjoyment of the balcony and forced us to keep the windows shut. If we had known of the noise we might have chosen a different unit.

Incredible, breath taking views!
We loved our stay at the villa. The view is amazing and the unit had everything we needed. It was great to have beach chairs, snorkel gear and the welcome snacks/ beverages were just what we needed when we arrived. Their are so many lovely beaches within 10 to 20 mins of the villa and very fun to pick a new one each day. We loved being able to dine in most evenings and also great to have an on site restaurant. The town of Red Hook is close by and has a great grocery store and good restaurants. The resort staff are very helpful and incredibly friendly. We appreciated the hospitality, kindness and great recommendations from the on-site property manager for this villa, she was amazing and we became fast friends. Hard to return to Minnesota!
