'The staff was friendly and helpful. It is a little difficult being in another hotel..you have to remember to tell the taxi driver Koreana Hotel. The room was large. Nice lounge area for baby to crawl around. Washer, dryer, stove do not have English instructions and staff were not always at the welcome desk. No high chair for babies. The location was great. '

'First time going to South Korea and I feel like this place really helped us get an introduction to Seoul. From this hotel we had various access to all entrances of the subways and buses which was only a few minutes walk. It was easy to find and get to plus it if you got hungry you could always hit up the CU convenience store in front or the numerous street vendors that set up in the afternoon. 'Hotel28 is a really pleasant experience with the friendliest staff you will ever encounter in Seoul. Wish It was a little more spacious, as the bed had barely enough room to the sides. It is also right in the heart of Myeongdong, so you can spend your entire stay exploring, eating and shopping in one of the most popular tourist areas. There’s also literally a Din Tai Fung in the hotel on the 2nd floor. It is also across the street from Lottie Department Store and not far from the subway...

'Absolutely gorgeous hotel in a perfect location, right next to a subway station and walking distance from Myeong-dong. Huge room, lots of space for sitting, unpacking and some closet space too. Bathroom straight from a magazine. Daily complementary water, tea and coffee. Very helpful staff. Some small cons The hotelroom is fully carpeted (apart from the bathroom) which is, especially being a pet-friendly hotel... a choice. The room was also very warm. Aircon wouldn't go below 23 degrees C....

'This hotel was probably very good in the 90s. It needs a massive renovation . Couch was old and very dirty, parts of the furniture were falling apart. It doesn’t deserve its 4 star classification (anymore) . Apart from this , we found the service very bad. The only person who was friendly / attentive was the lovely cleaning lady responsible for our room. Breakfast is supposed to last until 10am , but at 9:45 they were already insisting with us (we have 2 young kids ) to leave the restaurant so...
