Theodore is perfectly situated on a wooded lot with the relaxing sounds of nature and the stream just below the decks.

The Space:
Tiny house themed but architecturally superb you will find a well appointed kitchen, dining table, living area, full bath with generous shower, two lofts with queen beds and privacy curtains, as well as plenty of outdoor living space on the covered and uncovered decks.
Theodore Overlook is one of just a few privately owned pieces of land located IN the Daniel Boone National Forest. Located right next to Martins Fork Trailhead, 1 mile from the Red River, direct access to Military Wall and Left Flank, and private parking make this one iconic base camp for all your adventures.
Getting Around:
Theodore Overlook is accessed by driving through the historic Nada Tunnel which transports your into the heart of the Red River Gorge and the Daniel Boone National Forest!

Pets are welcome at this cabin and we charge a $30 pet fee. Please be sure to include pets in your reservation guest count. If you do not see where to do this, please reach out to us.

There is no cell signal in the area. This cabin also does not have Wi-Fi, allowing guests a true getaway from daily communications. Please save the door code and driving directions before arrival to the cabin and bring any necessary entertainment to the cabin for your enjoyment.
This cabin utilizes filtered (reverse osmosis) spring water. Although it is filtered, it might retain a tint of discoloration, but remains safe for all uses.
