'We arrived in the rainy, pitch dark in December. We are 2 city girls so we were not used to this and a bit freaked out at first at how isolated it felt. 'This cottage is so cute and it fit the four of us just right. Very comfortable beds, lots of pillows and nice living room furniture. There are great views of the mountains and big fields with cows on the other side of the fence. You felt like you were far away from the ruckus of everyday life. It was bright and cheery with beautiful wall paper and lots of windows. A hot tub and screened porch was also there to enjoy. We had a wonderful time and will go back again. '

'The Swiss Cittage was larger than expected, very roomy! It was clean and comfortable, great for a weekend getaway or longer. Dinner at the nearby Guesthouse was delicious and quite elegant. There were lots of great hikes nearby, too.'

'Clean and organized cottage, everything you need for a pleasant stay. Just be aware no wifi and no cell phone reception inside the house and poor reception outside (Verizon). 'We stayed at the lovely property so that we could attend a family reunion at Lost River State Park. The park was only about 7 miles from the house. The home was lovely. Clean and well maintained. This place has amazing views, the backyard is a hiking trail, it has a huge fireplace that we kept going our entire stay, plenty of games, plenty of space for your own fun or relaxation and a huge deck with swings to enjoy the views!!
