*Please note: There is no guarantee that there will be enough snow for this unit to be fully ski-in/ski-out in early ski season (November 15-December 15) and also in late season (after March 20). Snowfall levels vary from year to year.

Storm Meadows Townhouse 13 is simply one of the best rental properties in Steamboat. Nothing compares to its location right above Right-O-Way Trail, providing true ski-in and ski-out accommodations. At the same time it offers modern mountain-style living in a quiet location with unforgettable views of the Steamboat ski area as well as a private hot tub. Breath-taking views can be enjoyed from the hot tub, decks on all three levels as well as inside the main living area.
Enter the property on the main level and into the open living area which features a beautifully updated kitchen, featuring stainless appliances and gorgeous granite counters. It is fully equipped with everything you would need for cooking a meal.
There is a large dining table off the kitchen, with 8 chairs, perfect for a family or group. The living area provides fantastic mountain views and ample comfortable seating on a leather sofa and loveseat as well as a club chair. Sit back and relax by the gas fireplace and/or watch a movie or show on the flat screen TV. The main level also features high ceilings, fabulous barn wood beams and access to the expansive wraparound deck on this end unit, with plenty of privacy and open space next to the property. The deck offers the hot tub and outdoor furniture. It's the perfect place to relax to enjoy a beverage, bite or just a good book. There is a secured ski locker conveniently located a few steps from your parking space right in front of the entry.
The upper level has two bedrooms, both with fantastic views, deck access, flat screen TVs and plenty of storage. The master suite has a king sized and its own private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second upstairs bedroom has has both a queen and twin bed. The other upstairs full bathroom is off the hallway and has a tub/shower combo.
The lower level also has two bedrooms with flat screen TVs and another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. One bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has both a queen and twin bed. There is a washer and dryer on the lower level and outdoor storage for your equipment. The lower level deck is slope side. Just take your skis and snowboards and step into your bindings and off you go!
During the summer, you are right there on the biking and hiking trails, near the roller coaster and other activities at the base of the mtn.
Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.
Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.
Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.
