'We stayed Christmas Eve into Christmas day. The Mansion is lovely and well kept. It was very quiet and secure. The room was beautiful. Loved the fireplace. Chad was extremely helpful over the phone and made us a delicious Christmas morning breakfast. Matt welcomed us and brought us to our room. Both Chad and Matt were very friendly and helpful. Had a great dinner in town on Christmas Eve. Would like to make this an annual tradition!'

'My daughter and I were in town for one night to tour RPI. We certainly chose well with our overnight accommodations. Although the house is quaint, extra clean, and decorated perfectly, the star of our stay was the innkeeper, John. From the moment we walked in, it was like seeing an old friend. 'It's a very unique historic house that made our stay magical. The owners are exceptional hosts. Breakfast was excellent, we didn’t need to eat until dinner time that day. The location is literally across the street from the race course and at the same time is quiet and has a very convenient private parking lot. Also, a walking distance from downtown. 'Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Three Little Bears Cabin. While conveniently close to Saratoga and great restaurants and shops, you would never know it when at the cabin. It very much feels like you are right in the ADKs. The place was spotless, beds comfy, and the owner was readily available if we had any questions. Coming from the country, we really enjoyed being able to use UberEats fo once! Would absolutely stay again.'
