'The Luxury Holiday Apartment was a perfect place for our "off season" visit to Stirling. Anne was a very responsive host, and the Scottish treats and tea/coffee setup were greatly appreciated after a long international trip. 'Originally when booking property I had questions for which I never got response. The property management did send me several emails none of which gave any answers and provided inaccurate info about how to access the keys for entry. I had to make an expensive intl. call to the owner to get correct code and was told that they would not stay on the phone to assure it worked. Kitchen was dirty I had to wipe everything and towels were only hand towels; not bath towels. Disappointed!'

'Getting in was easy, and the view from the lounge room is amazing. We had a bit of an issue with the heating as it turned out the boiler was off, but once we got that sorted we were never cold. The heating (which was really needed due to the snow) was very efficient, and the towel rail in the bathroom was always warm. A few things were easily rectified - no ice tray, soap or wine glasses but plenty of other cleaning products. Good selection of cooking equipment and the oven was sparkling clean....
