'I arrived to check in at 9pm & Had a problem accessing the property, Hadnt received the Email with door codes, Experian should notify clients to expect a communication prior to arriving with access codes to the property. apartment was immaculately clean, comfortable bed & good shower. I didnt find the tea, coffee & milk sachets until I was leaving as they were in a baking loaf tin on a shelf. Better to put these near the kettle where they can be seen.'

'The Luxury Holiday Apartment was a perfect place for our "off season" visit to Stirling. Anne was a very responsive host, and the Scottish treats and tea/coffee setup were greatly appreciated after a long international trip. 'This is an excellent property well situated to drive to Edinburgh, Sterling, Glasgow. We were personally welcomed by Ken who walked us through everything we needed to know about the apartment. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! We received a bottle of wine and basic groceries, milk, bread, butter, orange juice, water, tea, sugar and our favourite Nespresso coffee! 'Originally when booking property I had questions for which I never got response. The property management did send me several emails none of which gave any answers and provided inaccurate info about how to access the keys for entry. I had to make an expensive intl. call to the owner to get correct code and was told that they would not stay on the phone to assure it worked. Kitchen was dirty I had to wipe everything and towels were only hand towels; not bath towels. Disappointed!'

'Getting in was easy, and the view from the lounge room is amazing. We had a bit of an issue with the heating as it turned out the boiler was off, but once we got that sorted we were never cold. The heating (which was really needed due to the snow) was very efficient, and the towel rail in the bathroom was always warm. A few things were easily rectified - no ice tray, soap or wine glasses but plenty of other cleaning products. Good selection of cooking equipment and the oven was sparkling clean....

'The house was gorgeous and very comfortable. We did have to download an app to get a precise location which was unexpected, but easy enough to use. The beds were very comfortable and the location beautiful. If you are looking for a rural retreat in order to explore the beautiful scenery, it's a wonderful choice!
