'Friendly welcome, decent breakfast, clean room.and shared bathroom, good parking. Good view from dining room and a short walk into town. A minor point was that there was nothing on which to dry hands in the bathroom. '

'Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Kleine kamer, met nette privé badkamer. Kamer voorzien van raam waar wel wat daglicht door naar binnen viel echter zonder uitzicht. Prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding aan de hoge kant. Ontbijt naar wens en smaakvol. Hotel ligt op 3 autominuten van de haven. Voldoende eetgelegenheden in de directe omgeving op loopafstand.'

'Having booked a stay away for my other half for a chirstmas preseant (a bucket list one no less) I recieved an email from Tower guest, stating that due to an error, they would not be able to continue my booking. This meant I lost the accomadation (which I was give the money back) however this left me having to source new accomadation which was undue stress at christmas. I will therefore not recommend either this hotel or Expedia to anyone. '

'Lovely warm welcome. We were in room 2 and were disturbed by the owner's chatter from the room below during the afternoon / early evening. Lovely large room and great pillows and duvet. Perfect for ferry foot passengers. Possibly a little over priced for an out of season stay. The hotel we had stayed in the previous evening was better value for money.'

'Everything was perfect about our stay, lovely host, lovely room, lovely property and great views from the seating area with comfy seats and from the spacious breakfast room. Will definitely try and stay here again on any future trips to Scotland!'
