'Very nice grounds with lots of plants with nice labels /descriptions. The main pool and jacuzzi area is very nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurants were decent (about what you'd expect) but convenient. We didn't need it, but they have shuttle service to Old Town, which is nice too. It was very quiet when we visited (week after New Years) so I can't comment on hiw they handle crowds. Would stay there again.'

'The property grounds are gorgeous. The food was also delicious. We only at at the Palo Verde restaurant while we were there. There were some issues with room service (e.g., not receiving what we ordered, not receiving appropriate utensils, and food took a long time to be delivered). We also had some issues reaching the front desk. We asked that a fireplace log be delivered one evening and it never was. All-in-all, we really enjoyed our time there, but there were some hiccups. 'leuk artsy hotel met wat meer sfeer dan de grote ketens. Probleem is de rpijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Groot probleem is dat internet bizar onstabiel is dus zaken reizigers kunnen deze beter vermijden al er teams of zoom vergadert moet worden. Probleem is beneden iets beter maar nog steeds onvoldoende. Verder is de fitness klein en beetje gammel. Voor dat alles mag je dan een vaste 28 dollar (incl tax) amenity fee per dag afrekenen. '

'The property was pretty but too large for my liking. We were in building 12 and it was a good walk from the valet parking. I also did not expect to pay for parking considering the prices to stay there. The restaurant was nice but would have liked to seen more choices on the menu for american dishes rather than several southwest options. Overall it was good.'

'The vibe was great! The staff was super nice and helpful, I only did an overnight with my family while passing through. This is an 18 hotel so no kiddos allowed, and guests staying with you need to show ID to verify they are 18 '
