'직원은 매우 친절했고 침구도 편했어요. 그런데 전체 금연 객실임에도 다른 객실에서 화장실에서 몰래 담배를 펴서 우리 객실 화장실과 객실전체에 담배냄새가 꽉차서 잠을 잘 못잤습니다. 문제 객실에 대한 좀 확실한 대처를 바로 해주셨다면 좋았을텐데 아쉽습니다. 그 외에는 불편한점 없이 아주 좋았습니다.'

'바닥에 난방을 한 건지 침대까지 따끈해서 따뜻하게 잘 묵었습니다. 조명이 조금 어두운 편인데, 전 밤 늦게 체크인 해서 잠만 잔 편이라 크게 거슬리진 않았어요. 같은 이유로 청결과 관련하여 특별히 눈에 띄는 더러움은 없었습니다. 오전에 작은 미니바에서 조식을 먹을 수 있는데, 일정 때문에 못 먹은게 아쉽네요. 다음에 방문하면 또 묵을 것 같습니다.^^'

'The rooms are great for the price, great amenities. The hotel is on the 6th to 8th floors and my room was on the 6th floor. Keep in mind that the room are not soundproof and there is a karaoke room and a bar on the second and third floor. It is also right in the bar/downtown area of the city so people come and go for one night stand making it almost impossible to get a good night of sleep. '

'지하 주차장부터 숙박까지 엘베로 편하게 이동하는데다 인접 번화가도 있어 식시까지 넘 좋았어요. 담에 꼬 이용할게요. 잠도 푹 잤어요 ^^'
