Barry Beach - Waterfront Beach House met Dock & verwarmd zwembad!

Welkom in het paradijs! Kom en ervaar de verbazingwekkende Keys en het mooie open water huis met 200 voet lang dock voor uw boot. Exclusief verwarmd zwembad om te ontspannen en te genieten van het omringende uitzicht op de oceaan - gewoon adembenemend! Het privéterrein is .81 hectare groot met twee andere vakantiehuisjes en is nog steeds erg ruim. Prachtig panoramisch uitzicht op het water, zonsopgang en zonsondergang! Barry Beach ligt op een steenworp afstand van het zeewater. Breng vis- en snorkelspullen in de buurt of huur ze in de buurt om te vissen vlak bij het dok om te genieten van het onderwaterlandschap!

Open luchtig concept van woonkamer naar keuken. Banken, leunstoel, tv, aparte ingang naar zwembad en patio. Eetkamer met stoelen met hoge rugleuning. Twee grote slaapkamers hebben kingsize bedden, een bad in suites en tv's. Gezellige en ruime queensize slaapkamer met tv. Twee eenpersoonsbedden en bordspellen voor entertainment! Kachel en twee koelkasten. Dubbele sinks. Essentieel servies. Tegel overal. Wasserij en BBQ-grill op het terrein. Geweldige viskwartieren voor familie en vrienden. Huisdiervriendelijk!

Dock is beschikbaar voor gasten met één boot per boeking tot 50 voet in de prijs per nacht inbegrepen. Geen RV-aansluitingen, geen parkeerplaatsen voor campers en geen beschikbare tentaccommodaties omdat we niet op de camping zijn aangewezen.

Dichtstbijzijnde boothelling ligt op enkele minuten afstand van Barry Beach aan State Road 4A, Little Torch Key. Lanceer je boot en dock of verken het gebied voor wat plezier in de zon!

Barry Beach House ligt mijlmarkering 28. 5 aan de Golfzijde. Slechts 10 - 15 minuten varen naar open water richting de Golf of de Atlantische Oceaan.

Huur hengels en kajaks bij Jig's Bait en Tackle in Big Pine Key. Huur boot-, snorkel- en vistuig, paddleboards, charters en speciale cruises bij Captain Hooks in Big Pine Key.

Geniet van het prachtige uitzicht op onze nabijgelegen stranden! Staatspark Bahia Honda en strand op slechts 11 minuten rijden met de auto. Sombrero Beach in Marathon ligt op 25 minuten rijden met iconisch uitzicht op het strand! Fort Zachary Taylor Beach in Key West is het meest westelijke strand en de rit van 45 minuten waard.

Op loopafstand van Kiki's Sandbar Restaurant. Op enkele minuten van Little Palm Island en de veerboot. Slechts 15 minuten varen naar het beroemde Looe Key-rif om te duiken / snorkelen. Picnic Island is geweldig om te zwemmen en te ontspannen op het strand, op 10 minuten varen met de boot. Big Pine Key is 5 tot 10 minuten met de auto, de habitat van prachtige sleutelherten en heeft een geweldig park met panoramisch uitzicht op het water! De Blue Hole-routes in Big Pine zijn geweldig om te fietsen, wandelen en wandelen. Heeft ook een meer met zeeleven! Snipe Key heeft swing op boom en spectaculaire strand ongeveer 45 minuten varen. Slechts 28 mijl naar Key West!

Bekijk de zonsopgang en zonsondergang vanaf het dok of ga naar het beroemde Key West Mallory Square om de meest westelijke zonsondergang van de Florida Keys te vangen! Zie op de Key West Conch Tour-trein voor een bepaalde geschiedenis van Key West. Tour Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum in Key West om zijn zes toed katten te zien. Of bezoek schatmuseum Mel Fisher Maritime Museum, ook in Key West.

Square Grouper Restaurant in Cudjoe Key is het beste voor alles (hoofdverdieping) en My New Joint (tweede verdieping) is geweldig voor raw bar. Santiago's Bodega is een van de beste van Key West. Loop Duval Street Key West voor restaurants, winkels en rondreizen. De gids voor dingen om te doen, plekken om te zien, waar te eten en waar te winkelen wordt tijdens uw verblijf in het Barry Beach House aangeboden.

Nice Property but not as Listed
Property is nice but listing is confusing the listing says it sleeps 20 but that is if you rent both homes. Had several issues that had to resolve myself. Make sure you ask plenty of questions. Main property sleeps 6 adults and 4th room has twin beds.

Great space and view
The space for the amount of people was great. Views and amenities were nice. Place could have been cleaner, needs a deep clean but not terrible. The ants on the pool deck were really bad so unless you were in pool or on chair you couldn’t sit on side of pool with feet in. The restaurant/bar next door is literally next door and the music is on until 9 pm so if you want quiet or sleep before that it’s not going to happen. Property manager showed up on day 2 without notice which was strange but he was very nice and left quickly. Plenty of towels and seating, all in all good for a large groups.

Perfect for a multiple family vacation with kids :)
Thank you so much for welcoming us for our friends and family vacation. The houses and location were exactly what we were looking for. The property manager Walt was amazing - responsive and helpful. The cleanliness, especially in the guest house, could use some work. The alarm on the sliding doors and the very secure fence around the pool gave us parents such a peace of mind with all of our kids running around. The kitchen could use some plastic dishes for kids and eating lunch by the pool. We will definitely be back next year! The staff at Kiki’s was so welcoming and the kids had a blast dancing to the band. Thank you.

Great property and location for Lower Keys activities. Access to both homes is nice with a large group. View, dock, parking, outside bait freezer and pools are great! The only suggestion would be to add an ice maker to keep up with larger crowds. Property manager and owners are very responsive. Definitely recommend this property!

Barry Beach and guesthouse had plenty of room for our family. Did not bring kiddos but had the space to do so. Plenty of room for family. Loved big open layout for kitchen and living room. Comfy couches. We spent our time lounging by pool. Would book again. We wanted to stay longer but weather happened and hosts were accommodating.

We had 12 adults and 2 children in our group. Family from California, Texas, Michigan and North and South Carolina. This was a memorial trip celebrating the life of my brother who passed in 2019. This property was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room, we all had our own bedrooms. The houses were fully equipped beautiful and super clean. The views, pool, gathering spaces inside and out were tremendous. The owners were outstanding and very accommodating to our large group. We had a boat a few days too utilizing the dock, and fished off it too. Looking forward to renting here again also the location was perfect many of us went to Key West and Marathon to swim with the dolphins

Excellent stay!
This was a stay for my friends and family. We had 11 of us. We all fit comfortably. We stayed in the main house and secondary house as well. The main house has 4 bedrooms. The second house has essentially 2 apartments with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen in each. The only complaint was that the double bed bunk beds were a bit difficult for full grown adults to sleep on. But then again, if we had needed the extra sleeping space, it would have been quite convenient. The main kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, spices, even a croc pot (we were there for superbowl Sunday and made good use of it)! The view is beautiful from the dock as well as from the living room. The pool was well maintained and a comfortable temperature. As for location, you couldn't do much better. 30 min to Key West or Marathon. 5 minutes to the grocery store. There is a restaurant right next store that you can just walk over to (there is some noise associated with this from music playing but we found it enjoyable). We had no complaints and would recommend to anyone to book here.

Great Vacation
We had a total of 18 people staying at the property. The property has everything you could want for a get-together. We came to celebrate a birthday and Thanksgiving. There are so many amazing sea animals to see right off the dock and snorkeling. The Sunrise from the dock was beyond amazing. With almost 20 people in the house it never felt small. There was more than enough room for everyone. The restaurant next door was delicious and will cook fish that you bring in. This was a great place to stay and we would look forward to staying there again.

Perfect Setting for an Intimate Wedding
Our experience was amazing. The location was perfect for an intimate wedding with different families staying together. My parents are divorced and I have a sibling on each side, they were able to have their own separate apartments with the use of the guest house. While my husbands mother stayed with us in the main house. The kitchen and dining area in the main house was big enough to accommodate two chefs cooking, with 20 guests for the wedding reception itself. The outside area by the water was perfect for the ceremony. My family enjoyed going out on the dock each morning and swimming whenever they wanted in either pool, or off the main dock. Kikis right next door was perfect for anyone that wanted a drink or a meal without having to cook it. It was truly perfect and we all hope to get to stay there again together someday.
