'The room pictures in ad did not look like the place we stayed in. We had a small one bedroom cottage and we reserved a one bedroom luxury cottage which had a nice living room with fireplace, we did not have that. So disappointed in that.'

'I have stayed here several times. The rooms are ok, the decor is a little dated for the present time. The front desk is never open, you ring a bell and wait for the guy. I wouldnt stay here with a family or companion. It is ok for me, when Im by myself fir work. The price is decent and the hotel is decent, but you get what you pay for, and this place is for folks trying to save a few bucks over the higher priced hotels. The area isnt bad, and never felt unsafe. '

'This property was everything everybody said it was. It was perfect for our girls' getaway. Very comfortable, clean, cozy, and in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood close to everything we wanted to do. The owner has thought of everything. Iwould move in tomorrow if I could.'

'  The Jarvis Point home might be the most fantastic VRBO home that we have ever visited. It is true waterfront and outstandingly so - it is probably 30feet from the shore. It offers an unbelievably panoramic view of the waterfront, especially from the bedroom on the third floor. We found the home most suited for a couple with youngsters, or a couple with a young adult as was the case for us. It is an outstanding home and a special place with every amenity. '

'The cottage was nice, rustic and nautically decorated. The location was good for the areas we wanted to visit. Safety Concerns: The porch steps to the side door were very steep - should be 4 or 5 not 3. The mold in the upstairs shower was a issue, and the lack of useful railing on the steps to the upstairs. The decorative railing was difficult to use for balance.'

'This house is located in the perfect location. It is steps away from the beach, and just a few blocks from downtown. The house is super cute with a lot charm. We loved the historical house feel with all the modern amenities. The owner is very responsive and helpful too. '
